A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place

The property is well-connected, with restaurants nearby. Our Uber was able to find us easily without any added instructions from our end. The place was clean, quiet, and worth a visit!

Staying at Raghav’s villa was an absolute delight! The place is beautifully rustic, offering a remote and peaceful retreat. The large yard, filled with towering trees, creates a stunning natural canopy, making it a perfect spot to relax. One of the highlights is the river right in front of the house, offering breathtaking views of the Chinese fishing nets—truly a mesmerizing sight! The yard is filled with mango and other large trees, and the swing hanging from one of them adds a charming touch. For recreation, there’s a bicycle and even a basketball court, making it a great place to unwind and stay active. The location is also fantastic—not too far from the city, yet secluded enough to feel like an escape. Overall, an amazing stay, and I will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. The host, Shiju is super friendly and took good care right from reaching out to the property and till the checkout.

wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

No words are enough to describe how great our experience was. The property was beautiful, well maintained and had everything we needed for a small staycation. The host was very kind and allowed us to do an early check-in as well. The house help spoiled us with amazing homecooked food. There is a stream nearby that was a delight, you can walk to it to sit by the water. There are multiple balconies which provide excellent avenue for sunrise / sunset and star gazing at night.

Ramana and Karthick have built out an amazing place, we stayed there for 9 days and were doing workcation. The wifi and the house amenities mentioned are exactly how they have been mentioned. our stay eas extremely peaceful and we faced zero friction with anything over there. Karthick is a great host, zero disturbance, great person to talk to, very responsive to needs and also a travel guy to help you with information with your sight seeing. The building is located at a great place. Its worth every penny charged, actually felt undercharged. The property is very clean as it is cleaned everyday and feels like a home. Has all the machines required, washing machine, automatic vaccum, fridge, utensils washer and fully stacked kitchen. Highly recommended place. It was a premium experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Nancy, the housekeeper, was incredibly kind and helpful—she even cooked us a delicious meal! The coffee was excellent, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations.
