Charming and spacious one level 1940's stone cottage in the heart of Northern Virginia. Cozy and warm and only 20 minutes out of our nation's capital. Large fully fenced yard for kids, dogs, and outside entertaining. Outdoor amenities include a huge patio seating area, a fire-pit, and a gas grill. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces and a beautifully decorated living area. Master bedroom is set-up like a resort with a very comfortable king size bed and luxury master bathroom.

Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, metro, new movie theater, live entertainment venue and all that "The Little City" has to offer. Easy commute to Washington,DC. Will easily accommodate a small family - cot in unit and plenty of space for a portable crib. Private patio with table and chairs to dine Al fresco if you desire.

You get everything you see in the pictures, a complete private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
