The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Sie verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, ein separates Esszimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne, ein separates WC, einen großen Eingangsbereich, eine Loggia, und Abstellräume. Aufgrund der Größe und Aufteilung eignet sich die Wohnung für bis zu fünf Personen. Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes die Parkettböden knarren.

Vom ausladenden Süd-West-Balkon aus sieht man weit ins Oberinntal, im Osten fällt die Morgensonne herein und man sieht den nahegelegenen Patscherkofel, den beliebten Innsbrucker Hausberg.
