this is the third time we have used this place and we love coming down and utilizing this space

Perfect location! Short walk to Washington park made it ideal to walk our four-legged family members. While our stay was short, it was always great to return to the house. Plenty of room to spread out, well-equipped with all the amenities. An easy A from us!

Keith and his wife were extraordinary hosts. Very responsive and out of the way helpful. They go the extra mile. I would recommend this beautiful getaway to anyone looking to unwind and relax

Our stay was a girl’s weekend- mother and daughters. The home was perfect for relaxing and visiting. Peaceful and quiet with a lovely view. We especially enjoyed watching the barges and birds. The beds were very comfortable, too. If we’re in the area again, we’d definitely choose this home.

For the little studio, I’ve got to say it is awesome, though, I like cooking so I usually stock up on food and the place had no panty, so I think it should have small one but it should, now, recommended, of course it was great, if you travel by self or a couple, it is a studio, location is the best I have to say, and the bed very comfortable. Quiet area, walked down around the lake almost every night Erin was very friendly and her dog is very cute

What an amazing place! April’s property is beautiful, right at the edge of a lake. The location is secluded and serene—perfect if you are looking for a break from it all. The home had everything we wanted, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We are so glad to have found this gem, and hope to stay again!

We have stayed at Kristen's place multiple times now with our pets and it is our go to in the area. Waterfront cottage with an up north feel, close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to the highway. We will definitely be back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway or even a quick overnight stay when passing through the area.

I'm not sure where to start with Amber's gorgeous place on the water because it was that darn good!!! Let's start with how incredibly kind Amber was! This is thee single most nicest person I have ever dealt with through Airbnb. She was very quick to respond, went out of her way to ask how we were doing and if we were enjoying our stay, and most importantly made us feel so safe when there were a few spring storms heading towards Peoria. I literally felt like she was my friend and made us feel so comfortable! On top of being a super wonderful person, Amber has the most beautiful, serene home! It has plenty of room, is super clean and full of everything you need to stay for weeks, and did I mention the scenery, the water, and the sunsets are beautiful?! It was such a relaxing place to come back to after a long day of coaching at a vball tourney. The neighborhood is also very safe and very quiet! We will definitely be back again 100%, especially if we have another tourney in Peoria again!!

This place is simply incredible; it's much more than what you see in pictures. Very peaceful, it has absolutely everything you need for a memorable stay. Communication with Steve and Susie was excellent; they responded immediately to any questions. Please don't hesitate to stay here; the price you pay is small compared to what you'll experience here. I 100% recommend it.

Great place! My crew and I stayed for a week working in the area and this was perfect, just as described.the neighborhood was very quiet and the house was clean, we will definitely stay again!

Had such a great weekend with my friend, we watched movies in the beautiful living room and got to enjoy the beautiful view outside when it wasn’t pouring out. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely stay here again!
