We really enjoyed our stay at the Chalet. The house is super clean, and has amazing views of the water and sunset. We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset. The kitchen is spacious with modern appliances and basic pots and pans. The bedrooms were clean and beds were comfy. We have zero complaints and would recommend this house for friends and families.

This house was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. We traveled with our family and dog, and everything was as described, if not better. The surroundings are spectacular, offering beautiful views and a serene atmosphere that made our stay truly special. Our kids loved having space to run free and unwind. They enjoyed playing chess in the backyard and had a whole lot of fun listening to the old records that were provided—such a charming touch! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering great tips on local attractions and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt very well taken care of. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Such a wonderful cabin. It was super cozy and was the perfect get-a-way for our fam of 3 + 1 dog. For a place that is dog friendly, you could not tell! It was super tidy and clean and simple. Fished right off the beach, had fires and also appreciated the tv for movies at night and games. It’s in the description, but just make note of the pathway down! It’s well maintained, but if it’s rainy it can be a little slick. It definitely would not deter us from coming back but if you have a hard time mobility wise, it would be trickier! This place is 10/10

Peaceful and private in a quiet neighborhood. Great place for staying with a dog, host was considerate with pet blankets and accessories.

We spent a long family weekend in a lovely setting that felt very private. The landscaping and view are beautiful. We enjoyed the bbq, hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen is large and easy for a group. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of together space as well as room to get away. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The furniture and bed were comfortable (we used the upstairs bedroom). The shower was roomy, and we really appreciated the slip-free mat on the shower floor (no grab bars there, which would have also been appreciated). This is the most well-stocked rental ever--anything we needed was there and more! Best of all was the beautiful setting. We spent lots of time relaxing on the deck enjoying the views, which included deer and eagles. We will certainly return!

We loved our stay. Very relaxing. Beautiful view. Right on the water. Clean. Peaceful. There was a bottle of wine and coffee provided which was a nice touch. Hot tub was a good temperature, jets weren’t that strong. Only one small bathroom located on top floor but it is clean and functional. Small spiral stair case to get downstairs to one of the main bedrooms might be difficult for people with mobility issues. I recently had a knee surgery so chose to take the upstairs room which was smaller and a smaller bed. There are also some stairs to get to the house from the street. Overall, a wonderful short stay and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our weekend getaway: cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a peaceful, quaint area. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and exploring nearby walks and beaches. Mitzi was super friendly and responsive—highly recommend!

This was our 3rd stay with Jeff and Amy --- each time the experience has been phenomenal! Their home is always clean, well appointed and welcoming. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly, a beach to fish from is a short walk away. Fort Casey ~5 minute drive and Coupeville ~12 minutes ... staying their is a no-brainer!

Amazing views, restaurants nearby, activities for families, and the most amazing pool and hot tub! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! Christine was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Great stay! So many amenities that make it easy to pull up and feel right at home such as kitchen supplies, seasonings, food storage and toiletries; very thoughtfully stocked. Easy drive to down and gorgeous views.

Beautiful home…great location and wonderful views of mountains/water! Hosts quickly responded with concerns/questions which was appreciated. Easy walk to beach in quiet neighborhood. Overall, great stay!!

Beautiful house, very clean, lots of amenities, we really had a great trip, close to the ferry, check in and out easy, not one complaint, defiantly will come back!

I needed a last minute extended stay on Camano island and was thrilled with Michael's place. It was very comfortable and has many of the amenities of home. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much since it's the rainy season but still were treated to a few nice sunsets. The back yard would be fabulous in the summer time. We loved sitting by the fire in the sunroom. Michael was easy to work with on short notice and we would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful gem. We plan to stay here again. It was perfect for our little family of 3 + two grandparents. Literally on the beach with a splendid view we enjoyed through the windows and on the deck.

We came here for a girl’s weekend. We wanted somewhere beautiful and quiet on the water, and that’s exactly what we got! The house is clean and clutter free, the beds are comfy and the kitchen has all the basics you could need. They even had lots of technology charging stations through the house which was very handy. Highly recommend, would come again.

A beautiful home in an unbelievable location. We just loved waking up every morning, seeing the water literally right outside our window (sometimes with a harbor seal poking its head out to say hello). It was like living on a boat, but without the seasickness! And the home itself was clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. Can't wait to visit again!

Great location and views for a quiet and tranquil stay. We stayed with kids and the house was set up well for that- a little stool in the bathroom for toddlers and a full-sized crib in one of the bedrooms made this house an easier stay for us than most places. Views and easy access to the beach and various activities at the house (fire pit, beach walks, and kayaking) all made it a nice, low-barrier vacation with kids. Would highly recommend Omar's place!

This was my second time staying at this amazing home. The home is very nice, new and spotless. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. And it’s right on the water with spectacular views of Mt Ranier. It’s also close to Sunrise Beach Park that has fun hiking trails. And the town of Gig Harbor is a gem. Both of my stays were perfect. And it’s only about 600 steps from parking to the house - and it’s a beautiful walk along the water. I can’t recommend this house strongly enough.

Its a beautiful home. ran into some issues, having to do with spring time and being in a heavy wooded environment ~ irritating but not crazy. David found a quick, easy, fair, resolution which I REALLY appreciated. You can tell he really cares about his home. what i ESPECIALLY like is the detached 2nd MAIN suite. its cool house.

Perfect location! This home had lots of private bedrooms making our gathering so easy to do! And you just can’t get enough of the view!

We stayed over Thanksgiving as family was hosting the big dinner nearby. The house and grounds are idyllic and peaceful. Standard limitations of a remote property (septic, propane), and we had one hiccup with the heating going out, but were able to figure it on our own. Would look forward to renting again in the summer months to experience the beach a bit more.

We had a great time at the cabin on the beach. Crystal and Jason were wonderful hosts and were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin is well-designed and the space worked well for the two of us. The privacy and serenity of the location made for an incredibly relaxing extended weekend on the water. A few call outs that didn't detract from our stay at all but weren't necessarily evident to us ahead of time: - The property is accessed through a single lane, wooded road that's about a 5 minute drive from the residential streets. It gives it that private feeling but made us be a bit more intentional about when we ventured in to town. - There aren't window coverings so it got very bright, very early. There is lots of natural light and we caught a great sunrise on the first morning; the only downside is we had not intended to be awake for it. - The stairs are steep. Certainly manageable but slow going is required (especially when carrying bags). Would happily recommend!
