Great ski hill for those downhill ski enthusiasts. Katepwa beach close by for those wanting to cool off in the summer. Two boat launches at Katepwa and Mission. Full marina at Katepwa. Great cottage for a family to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The Guest Suite is a large studio style room with one queen size bed and a leather sofa hide a bed (queen size). Perfect for one or two people and cozy for 3 people. The Suite has a small ‘kitchenette” with Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave and toaster. The bathroom is compact but cute with large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel and other essential products.

Our home may be small but enjoy a short or long stay. It has all the amenities you may require. We are 1.5hr from Regina, Fort Qu’ Appelle 40 minutes, Melville 35 minutes, Yorkton 50 minutes. The main floor bedroom is small but has a single bed. Upstairs loft has a single bed and queen bed. Large back yard and we are pet friendly!
