Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway! The house is super cute and clean. The fireplace is absolutely beautiful and relaxing in the evenings!

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Aaron’s place. House was beautiful and clean, outdoor space was especially nice and comfortable with lots of seating. Aaron was very responsive and helpful. We were able to use the paddle boat before the rain came and that was a lot of fun, it also had two kayaks but I was afraid I’d tip over in one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was in town to see Taylor Swift and it was just as much fun meeting Grace. Lovely, beautiful home and Grace was so warm and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and felt very safe. It was super quick and easy to get downtown from here and I enjoyed the very close Starbucks and a donut shop near by before hitting the road to drive home in the morning. I will definitely stay here again. Wish I could’ve stayed longer to sit on the beautiful porch but there’s always next time.

The house was perfect for our retreat! Students made use of the dock, the boat, and the hot tub. There was room for everyone to eat at the tables, space to have different games going, and the couch was super comfortable. Everyone's rooms were clean, and the space was lovely. We appreciated how responsive Abigail was to answer questions and get us what we needed. I would love to make this an annual stay.

My stay with Nicholas was excellent. The house was clean and the other guests were conscientious and friendly. Nicholas communicated very well and was responsive. My room and bed were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, felt safe, was close to a very nice park, easy to park in, and conveniently located for where I needed to be

This stay started a little rocky when we couldn’t get in the day we had initially reserved, however the host was very attentive and got us in as quickly as possible and had no issue with giving a refund for the days we did not use. He was very responsive to messages and made sure that we had what we needed and were doing ok

Amazing

We were in town to see family and friends with our 3 boys (all under 5). The home is beautiful with plenty of space and rooms located well for the kids to be able to sleep at night and still have a fully useable home. The back deck was awesome for lunch and dinner seating when the weather cooperates. Our boys had a TON of fun watching the water, boats pass, and fishing. The location is awesome. It's a quiet area with a brand new Meijer smaller grocery store about 5 mins away. 35 mins to downtown and really easy to get to and from. I can't recommend this home enough for a family trip and the opportunity to make great memories!

Loved the house and the area. Can't wait until i have a summer event to attend in Indy so I can stay again and actually do some fishing and use the lake. The hot tub is just the cherry on top. I will definitely stay again.

Great location and amazing food around a walkable town. Christopher was great with communication when some of our travel plans changed. The venue was perfect and everyone enjoyed the family vacation and wedding weekend

Wow! This is quite the place!  We hosted a girls weekend at The Lakeside Landing and had so much fun catching up in this relaxing and fun space. The two lounging areas were perfect for socializing and relaxing... and the screened-in patio was peaceful, overlooking the lake. The hot tub was a fan favorite of our group…. especially in early Spring.  The check-in process was simple to follow, with clear instructions and photos that made it easy to park and access the property. Always important… everything was clean! The kitchen was fully stocked, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches from the hosts, like the coffee set up and intentional decor.   Location was convenient…. we ate dinner one evening at the restaurant across the street (at Murphy’s)… the steak was delish and a great price! We were only 15-20 min from Carmel shopping and driving in to downtown. Plenty of options in Indy to do or just sitting by the lake would be restful as well. Can’t wait to return !

Dan is a great host that exudes top tier professionalism and is a genuinely great guy all around. I had a few personal issues of my own going on after mom's funeral and he really went above and beyond to make sure I/we were good. The place was exactly as described and comfortable. Great stay and I would totally recommend him/his place in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. There's a nice view from the back patio. It's a quite neighborhood. Rachel (host) was very accommodating to our needs, and responded promptly when I messaged her. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place on the Outskirts of Indy. Comfortable beds and couches. Well stocked kitchen with several different cooking options. Was just husband and I for this trip, but if we would come back to Indy again with our kids, would book this place again!!
