We had a wonderful family holiday across 3 generations at Coral beach pool villa. Seven of us aged 9 to 71 stayed for 5 days in April. Yui our host looked after us so well ordering in food from local restaurants and taking us around for shopping and sightseeing. We also had Aum who cleaned up our mess and drove us to the local beaches. The villa was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The children especially loved exploring the beach and collecting shells and playing with the hermit crabs. Thank you so much for providing a safe, peaceful and luxurious family holiday in Thailand.

Hat alles super geklappt und war alles so wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Valerie und Tina war super, sie sind sehr nett und haben immer sofort geantwortet. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit, haben uns einen Mietwagen und Roller besorgt, geben einem gute Tipps und waren immer erreichbar. Übergabe hat auch super geklappt. Die Villa war auch so wie beschrieben. Bei allem Lob aber eine kleine Beanstandung bei der Mietwagenbuchung: aber eher auch mein Fehler: Habe einen super Mietwagen für 1500 Baht am Tag ( 1 Woche gebucht ) ohne zu handeln, besorgt bekommen. Bei der Abgabe wurde er sofort wieder spontan weitervermietet, der handelte aber noch und bekam das Auto für 1200 Baht / Tag. Also nicht auf den Preis verlassen sondern da geht noch was ! Ansonsten war alles super !

A beautiful Malaysian villa within well established gardens.seeing sunbirds flitting between the flowers and a tribe of curious monkeys wandering around the gardens added to the experience. The host was very friendly and approachable and gave us a wealth of information relating to things to do and places to eat and drink. Will hopefully return one day.

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Thanh und seiner Familie sehr genossen. Obwohl das Homestay etwas abseits von Ninh Binh gelegen ist, sind alle sehenswerten Attraktionen gut zu erreichen. Der Pool ist angenehm, um der Mittagshitze zu entfliehen. Thanh hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend versorgt. Das Essen vor Wort war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Ein paar gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great stay in a local neighborhood away from the craziness of Phuket. Wish we would have stayed a few days and been able to go out boating with our host!

Amazing place - NEED to go there. Beautiful retreat in nature with a beautiful pool, and a quick scooter ride to Ao Nang. We really enjoyed the quiet area + close enough to the beach and busy city.

Great place to explore especially if you are a nature lover! Don’t expect anything else. It’s just greenery around you and rarely You see a person. My kind of a place I would say. Very responsive host, I had to go back before the night because of some personal reasons. But will come back again for sure.

คุ้มกับเงินที่จ่ายค่ะ บ้านกว้างสบายมาก สงบ ใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ อุปกรณ์ครัวมีครบและมีหม้อหุงข้าวกับไมโครเวฟด้วย มีโซฟาเบดให้นั่งดูทีวี มีร้านค้าไม่ไกล แต่ห่างจากตลาดพอสมควร ที่นอนนอนสบาย น้ำไหลปกติ มีลานกว้างนั่งชิลล์หรือนอนดูดาวได้เลย

Noch schöner als auf den Fotos, und die haben uns schon sehr überzeugt. Die Farm ist mit so viel Liebe gestaltet und gepflegt und alle Pilz-Gerichte, die mit den angebauten Pilzen vor Ort gekocht werden, waren super lecker. Der Bungalow war gemütlich, sehr sauber und die kleine Terrasse perfekt zum entspannen. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie im Paradies. Die sehr schöne und entspannte Umgebung kann man am besten mit einem Roller erkunden. Zu der Ausleihe wurden wir extra hingefahren.

Peaceful, rural location. Great restaurants with in short driving distance and provisions shop for essentials within walking distance. Our son loved the pool to cool off after our daily outings. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Carsten. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Kelapa (Batu). Es war total ruhig und die Lage an den Reisfeldern sehr idyllisch. Der Bungalow ist großzügig geschnitten und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Mit einem Scooter, den uns Alif unkompliziert organisiert hat, ist alles außerhalb sehr einfach zu erreichen. Die Abreise ist uns wirklich schwer gefallen!

We booked this entire villa and it was beautiful, has a great view and amenities. Communication was easy as well. Do note that the only comfortable common hang out space is at the kitchen, the rest was concrete.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

LOVED staying here! Waking up to endless fields right outside the window felt like a fairytale 🌟. The house was cozy and peaceful—perfect for escaping the city noise. Woon and his wife were incredibly welcoming, offering proactive tips on local dining and transport. They even helped plan my daily itineraries, making every outing effortless. If you want fresh air, gorgeous views, and a host who truly cares, this is your go-to spot!

Cảm ơn gia đình chủ nhà nhiều vì sự tiếp đón nồng hậu. Phòng và ngôi nhà, cảnh đều rất đẹp, xung quanh cây cối, hoa lá được chăm chút kỹ lưỡng. Mình còn được mời trái cây tươi và sinh tố từ chính vườn nhà khi vào mùa, rất dễ thương. Những kỷ niệm đáng nhớ nhất của mình là mỗi sáng tập yoga nhìn ra núi, đi chùa cùng mẹ bé Leo, ngồi uống cà phê sáng,ăn khoai- bắp với cô Vân, và được chú chỉ cho chỗ hái mận, hái ổi siêu ngon. Dù đi một mình nhưng lúc nào mình cũng cảm thấy ấm áp và được chào đón. Homestay nằm trên đỉnh đồi (trên Google Maps tên Farmstay Dalat Lưu), vì vậy đừng nhầm lẫn với homestay khác cũng tên Avocado. Tốt nhất nên liên hệ trước với chủ nhà – chị Quỳnh (Quinn) sẽ hỗ trợ bạn tìm đúng địa điểm trên bản đồ và hướng dẫn đường đi, hoặc hỗ trợ đón nếu bạn đi FutaBus. Xe ô tô/taxi vẫn vào được đây dễ dàng. Nên có xe máy để chủ động di chuyển, homestay có cho thuê xe với giá 80Kđ/ngày (nên đặt trước). Nếu ăn tối, nên báo trước để cô Vân chuẩn bị bữa ăn cho khách (~40K/pax)

The place is peaceful and Tranquill. The host is very helpful. However the place is a bit walk from the main road. We didn't expect that. We went there during national day which is probably not the best time to visit Sapa. There's too much traffic the whole time. And we only had 3 days there. Anyways the home Stay is recommended.

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

Nicola was super welcoming and the property is absolutely beautiful - perfect base for a few days in Hoi An.

Our villa was great, it had everything we needed and the private pool was brilliant for our children. We had plenty of space and the rooms stayed nice and cool. The free breakfast also had a really good variety of Vietnamese and western cuisine. Our room was cleaned daily & our laundry was also done which is such a lovely touch. All of the staff and Bao are very friendly & helpful- I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Hoi an.

Our stay at the villa was truly the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The property was absolutely stunning and in a fantastic location. We loved the pool and how spacious the place was. What made the experience even more special were the incredible hosts. Xuan went above and beyond to support our group, helping with everything from visa issues to reservations and local recommendations. Her kindness and hospitality was truly remarkable. We’re beyond grateful and can’t recommend this villa enough!

This place is perfect for a big family with kids. The place was big enough for the kids to run around and the rooms were comfy. Air conditioning was great as well which was important for Chiangmai’s hot weather. A huge shout out to Oar for helping us with multiple requests for massage. She was always responsive and the welcome dinner was great as well. Our family of 10 all enjoyed the stay there!

Difficile de décrire notre séjour chez may tellement il était parfait! Tant pour la réactivité des messages échangé avant la réservation avec son fils Cao ,que pour notre séjour chez May..Nous avons voyager chez may avec nos deux enfants ,nous avons pris les deux jours excursion en moto et randonnée ..nous avons rencontré sa famille nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison! le soir may et son mari nous ont préparé un bain médicinal pour nous détendre ce fu formidable! Les repas étaient juste parfait. .bref je dirais que si vous allez à SAPA le seul endroit où allez c'est chez May et sa famille ..le seul regret c'est que j'ai un anglais très médiocre et j'aurais voulu échanger encore plus avec eux.. Nous avons été bouleversé de quitter sa maison des personnes tellement accueillante et d'une gentillesse comme j'en est pas souvent rencontrer..J'espère revenir un jour!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
