We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Lovely stay at Gillian's place. Its a lovely setting and worked perfectly for us. Whilst we did not spend a whole amount of time there, the time we did spend was great Great comms from Gillian, great info at the house too.

I booked the Tower and Spitfire for my husband’s 60th birthday as he has a passion for the RAF and historical buildings. It was a perfect venue for family and friends to celebrate. The views at the top of the tower were stunning and the amazing countryside surrounding the property was extremely relaxing and peaceful. From start to finish the hosts - Diana and Will were amazing. They were approachable, attentive and could not do enough to make our stay perfect. When Will popped around to check we were OK, he was so passionate and insightful about the Tower and its renovation - which we loved. We will go back there and I would thoroughly recommend the property and Will and Diana as hosts.

Really lovely,homely caravan, very clean and beds were really comfy,nice crockery. Hotub was 10/10 so warm and really clean,so was the decking it was on. We booked really last minuite,due to a terrible exsperience at butlins. Nigel was so responsive and got everything sorted for when we had arrived. The location is beautiful and peaceful,a little bit more of a walk from the site amenities, but we didnt mind as we didnt have the passes. Nigel sent a list of restaurants and takeaway s straight away which was really useful. Will absolutely use him again to have a caravan.

Lovely cottage. Even nicer than the pictures and deceptively spacious inside. The beach is a bit of a walk away (15-20 mins) and we ended up driving there as we have young kids. It was worth it anyway as the beach is spectacular and was almost completely deserted when we were there. There's not much in the village, just a lovely pub across the road that does good food and has a bakery attached. Hunstanton is a short drive away too.

Just back from a lovely few days in Louth, the cottage was super cute and quirky, just as described. Great location for bars and restaurants, and only a 20minute drive to the beach, which the dog thoroughly enjoyed on both days. Great value little get away and would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

We all really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the house warmed up quickly. The house has very easy access to the beach, a wide and empty landscape and also to a local pub. Good walking form the front door. Plenty of hot water and towels provided. Also a nice garden and dining space outside The house has beds for seven but that might be a very tight squeeze, A family of five with three grown up children felt quite full in the kitchen / dining room space.

We stayed at Clemetis Cottage for one week. We arrived with clear arrival instructions and a wonderful welcome which included all sorts of treats, such as wine and chocolates, the dog even had his own bag of treats, such a lovely start to our trip. The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was really well stocked with glasses, crockery and staple foods. I had to work in Lincoln and coming back to the cottage each night was such a treat. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with a tearoom next door, a great pub and lots of country walks. Tealby is a great village and very conveniently situated for visiting the coast and other parts of Lincolnshire. We hope to return, we loved it so much.

Absolutely beautiful we were a bit worried 16 of us sharing but it was so spacious and the rooms were spread out. The kids also loved the park and feeding the animals in a morning

Louise was a great host she was there to meet us on arrival. The cabin was spotless, warm and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us with only a 10 minute walk in to Woodhall Spa centre. The dogs were welcomed despite all the loud interaction with Molly and Luna. We will be back.

great place to stay in a peaceful location. enclosed garden great for our two dogs. host met us on arrival and was very helpful. would recommend.

Bedrooms were fairly spacious with the two doubles having nice views too. Bathroom was lovely but didn’t have a lock on the door. Kitchen was easy to use but could do with a little more kitting out. Television isn’t smart and there is no wifi so would recommend taking a console. The pool outside is nice and clean, some beach chairs and inflatables to enjoy. There are also nice picnic tables outside to have a meal at. The place is adjoining to another apartment so it is a bit more lacking in privacy than expected. The host Marii is absolutely lovely, she was very welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful time even though weather wasnt great Lodge was perfect everything you need perfect location on site will definitely be booking again

Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!

Comfortable accomodation in a convenient location. Excellent communication from our host.

We had a wonderful week away at Tattershall in 1 of Nigel’s lovely 3 bed caravans. The van was clean and Hot Tub was ready to go! We had daily air shows from the RAF which was amazing! Although we didn’t purchase the additional Entertainment Pass, Nigel was amazing at sharing some local attractions & we had a fantastic time. The weather was stunning, the caravan was lovely, park was wonderful & Nigel was very helpful & informative- Thank you Nigel.
