Private studio inside our home

This private studio is inside our family home. The studio is 25m2 and has its own private entrance. Step out of your room into the main hallway of our house to enter your private bathroom. A small room divider in the hallway separates your bathroom from the rest of our home for privacy. You have a kitchenette (no kitchen sink) and Queen bed in opposite corners of the room, leaving the rest of the room as a living area with 2 sofas and a TV. Wifi is superfast at 250mbps

We prefer to have families enjoy our home which is close to lots of local cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants. It is a 5-10 min walk to all public transport. The University, RPA hospital and even Broadway shopping centre are all close-by too.
