Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and was completely renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2023.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. This cozy little nest under historic wooden beams was already a favorite guest room back in the 1970s – part of the former Pension Glockenhaus. Now it’s a peaceful hideaway in a prime spot: just 10 minutes uphill to the Alpine Zoo and the forest, or 15 minutes downhill to the Old Town. If you'd rather ride – the W bus stops right outside, and lines 501, 503 & J are just around the corner.
