Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

The 3 bedroom first floor apartment, sleeps 5 people in a double , a twin and single bedroom. The apartment also accepts one dog and the lovely sandy beach opposite the apartment is dog friendly all year round. The apartment has amazing sea views and overlooks Instow beach and across the estuary to Appledore.

Oaktree Cottage

Oaktree Cottage is set in a delightfully private, wooded location. 15 minutes gentle stroll from Instow beach and the lovely pubs and restaurants on the front. The Tarka Trail is accessible in 10 minutes on foot with Bideford and Barnstaple easily accessible by car. We accept one well behaved dog and you will find the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Instow are equally as dog friendly.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.
