We had a wonderful family reunion at Theresa’s lovely house. There was something for every age group to do. The yard was very private and yet you could walk to coffee shops and even to downtown. The pool was wonderful and the house was spacious. The host was very accommodating and even my dog felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

This location is exactly as described. Had a wonderful escape to St Augustine! Not too far from historic downtown to hit up restaurants and do some shopping. Or if you’re feeling like a home stay, then the backyard and pool are relaxing. It’s fenced in too so my pup did not feel left out as we lazed in the sun. The home is cozy and wonderfully laid out. The drafting table was really quite the standout furniture and I was unexpectedly able make use of it. Lisa was very pleasant and communicative. We very much look forward to coming back.

My stay was amazing! Super close walking distance to the beach. The only bad thing I have to say is that we did see 2 cockroaches in the home during our stay, but I know it is the season. The shower heads were also a bit dirty with soap scum & the pressure of the water in the showers was horrible, but not bad enough to give anything less than 5 stars. When I needed Mya she quickly responded and she offered to have someone come out and spray because of the cockroaches.

Excellent location. We had 6 people ranging in age from 13-82. The house is walkable to the historic area and very close to several of the "hop on hop off" trolley stops. Awesome coffee shop with great food next door as well (they also had live music a couple of nights!). Other guests had written about the noise level/busy intersection of the location. It is a busy location with some traffic noise, but the location and being in walking distance of everything far outweighed this. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!!!

My family had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and we really appreciated how well-stocked both the kitchen and bathrooms were. The beautiful pool was a highlight and the heater allowed us to enjoy swimming every single day. The location couldn't have been better. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe and easily walkable to a great selection of restaurants. On top of all that, the house had a really comfortable and welcoming feel.

This place was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so we did have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Besides that, it is a straight 15 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Beach access is also located on the property. The televisions are great and the property has fast internet. We would definitely stay here again.

The Pink House was everything in the listing and more! it was a beautiful property and Lori is a wonderful host. We felt very welcome and she gave us great recommendations. The property is the picture perfect 'old Florida ' get away. The chickens were a big highlight! Can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely AMAZING stay! We booked this stunning country villa to celebrate my graduation from nursing school, and it was truly the PERFECT place to mark such a special accomplishment. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and immaculate the home was — every room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and filled with charm. Curtis’ villa had everything we could have asked for and more! The space was perfect for hosting a celebratory brunch with my family — we gathered in the gorgeous dining area, enjoyed the spacious kitchen, and relaxed in the lovely outdoor spaces. Every amenity we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and unforgettable. I cannot express enough how much we loved our time here. It was peaceful, luxurious, and honestly worth every penny. I’m already planning my next trip back because I can’t wait to experience it all over again. If you’re considering booking place, DO IT — you will not regret it.

Hannah's place was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a good location that is easy to get to. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy driving distance. I-95 is is very close for driving into downtown. The house is in great condition. We were very appreciative of how clean and private the pool area is. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
