Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets.
