What a lovely cottage, very nostalgic of an era from the past. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Elizabeth and family have made it very comfortable, with lovely touches. Would definitely recommend The Balmoral especially for those lovers of times gone by.

Pattie, Bob and their adorable Rueben were so friendly and accommodating to us. Their bnb was exactly how it was described and so clean plus so much more. We enjoyed the record player, mini bbq and beautiful views. The beds were super comfy, Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Ingrid and Jedd were absolutely awesome. 5 stars isn’t enough to describe it. The location was beautiful and peaceful, the place itself was gorgeous, the bathroom, kitchen, living and design were to die for. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be staying again and recommending to everyone we know. If you’re reading this and considering, book and you won’t be disappointed. It’s the perfect home away from home. We had a fantastic time with our kids (ages 9 and 6) and 2-year-old Wolfhound mix! The cottage was easy to find and well-signed. Communication with Judy and Gina was great! The kids were delighted by the cattle and sheep that greeted us on our drive into the property. This is a real farm experience with animals right outside the door. The cabin is beautiful, cosy, and clean, with all the modern amenities you need. Just bring a few meals to cook for your stay. Gina was so friendly and informative as she showed us around! We kept our dog on a leash around the cabin as she was a little too interested in the ducks, but there are plenty of areas where she was able to run and play off leash where she wasn't disturbing the farm animals. The kids loved feeding the farm animals, including feeding the cows, ducks, and sheep by hand. They also loved kayaking (kayaks, paddles, and life jackets all available). Plenty to do and perfect for kids and dogs! We will definitely be back!

Scott’s Oban Cottage was a cosy, comfortable couples cottage. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot with excellent water pressure. The kitchen basic but great for a two or three night stay. The gardens were outstanding! My husband photographs birds & was loving the opportunity to take many bird photos. I loved the variety of roses, some with perfume scent. We highly recommend staying at Oban Cottage. Absolutely delightful! Thanks Scott for the opportunity:)

The accommodation is excellent. Beds are super comfy and the place has a simple and functional charm that’s really clean and comfortable. We had a brilliant stay, and used the bungalow as a base to explore the area. We don’t mind driving! So we visited Moree, Warialda, Cranky Rock, Inverell, the Copeland Dam, the Salt Cave and a few cools spots in-between. On our travels, we saw kangaroos, emus, deer, rabbits, turtles, a snake (slithering off the road away from us), horses, cows, sheep, goats, wild boar (as roadkill), lamas and a donkey! And on our last night, the sky was clear so we watched the sunset from the area lookout and then came home to dinner and then lay out in the back yard looking at the clear sky trying to spot satellites 🛰️ before the bright moon dominated the night. Just magic. Bingara Bungalow is a hidden gem in a really lovely part of the world.

Spacious, clean, great for a group and is well-located, the host was excellent all the way through. Definitely recommend.

Deb was very responsive and accomodating to our needs. The property is absolutely stunning. Quiet, peaceful and plenty of outdoor spaces and walks to take it all in.
