Amazing host with an amazing villa. I have been to a lot of air b n b and this I must say is the best and most hospitable one I’ve been to. Very good communication and amazing amenities. There is a private beach that is beautiful but it’s a hike. We’ll worth it. I suggest you make a day out of the private beach as the hike is a tough one.

The Green Villa in Evreti was an amazing find. The views across to Ithica were fantastic. It is very private and the pool was lovely. The Villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable, which isn't always the case with Greek beds in our experience. A car is essential for this location but it is a short drive into Fiscardo or Magganos for supermarkets and many places to eat. Natalie was very helpful with anything we needed.

Vi har netop afsluttet en uges ferie i denne smukke feriebolig🌴😎 Billederne af huset er smukke, men virkeligheden er endnu smukkere…En drøm af et sted, som absolut ikke mangler noget👏🏼 Vi har i særdeleshed nydt både pool, hot tub, karaoke og bordtennis🏓💦 Men det som gør opholdet til noget helt særligt er Harris’ værtsskab💪🏼❤️ Vi blev taget godt imod med forfriskninger, da vi ankom og han fortsatte med at forkæle os hele ugen med et servicegen og en hjælpsomhed vi aldrig før har oplevet lignende. Tusind tak Harris, vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage og vi vil anbefale alle andre at booke en ferie med dig som vært😍☀️

A very peaceful location, which is just what we wanted. Inland but with lovely views and only 15 minutes drive from the nearest beaches. The pool is great, surrounded by trees so there's some shade if required. The Villa is a little dated in its presentation compared to modern standards, but there's plenty of space and comfy chairs to sit in. I didn't realise there would be air conditioning available, but what a godsend - it was really hot while we were here, so it was a relief to sit indoors and cool down! Its a great place to stay, I would come again.

Secluded, peaceful and in a lovely location, we had a fantastic week at this villa. Nancy answered any questions we had promptly and the midweek housekeeper visit for fresh linen was a nice touch! Very nice stay in this beautifull Villa! We had a warm welcome from Gerasimos who picked us up at a nearby restaurant and guided us to his villa. Communication was very good and if something happened or I had questions he always responded quickly. The island is also very nice, but beware of the season, not everything is open until half of may. We were a bit early (end of april) but we found nice restaurants that were open. We highly recommend this place.

The villa is easy to find on a hill with a limited view of the sea. It is not far from the small village of Agios Nikitas where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is beautiful with outside recliners and chairs. The outside area is brilliant for grilling and just relaxing. Inside the villa has everything one needs and well equipped in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms are in the villa and the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance in the cellar of the house. The 2 bedrooms are smaller than what you can see in the photos and the 1 bedroom is not possible to use the draws in the cupboard as the nightstand is an obstruction. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was clean. Bath towels and beach /pool towels were provided which I think is a plus. A bottle of wine was in the fridge waiting for us. Elena was a great host and was always contactable and available for any issues or questions.

Gerasimos was always very quick to respond to all our questions. Particularly our questions on local tavernas. He went out of his way to arrange food for our first night, he recommended a great driver and vehicles and supported us with transfer details. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Fantastic views from the villa and amazing sunsets. Great play area in the semi basement for the family with their young children… only shame no windows but the description states that. Kitchen area was a little small but we managed it. We had a fabulous week with the family… and would definitely return!!

The moment we stepped foot into Villa Tartaya we felt home, the villa exceeded our expectations. Our host Effie was super helpful. Every restaurant she recommended was great. Daily housekeeping and cleaning was wonderful. Every detail of the villa was beautiful. With our two adult children we had a great and unforgettable vacation. I would recommend this villa to everyone who is visiting Corfu.

Great new place as described. The owners were there whenever we needed something, friendly and caring. The place was what we needed, a small peaceful place with a small cute infinity pool overseeing the hill and the beach. It's a 7 minute drive from the city center and you obviously need a car to get there.

Alloggio pulitissimo e la posizione è fantastica, si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia semi-privata. Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 amici per un addio al celibato, dispone di 5 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con il proprio bagno, una cucina spaziosa, una sala, ed uno spazio all’esterno dove poter mangiare. Dista circa 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Ypsos.

We had a wonderful week. We enjoyed pool time with the kids as well as two of the local beaches. A combination of local taverna meals, two nights eating in and two nights at restaurants gave us a varied week for meals. The location was peaceful and relaxing. We were so pleased with our choice. Our stay was perfect! The villa is stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay, making everything so easy and stress-free. Absolutely lovely! The place is even nicer than on the Fotos, the view is stunning and the interior one of a kind. Marina, is an excellent host, super attentive, helpful and friendly. Recommend 10/10!

My family and I were looking for a spacious place (8 adults and 3 kids aged 7, 4, and 1) with a swimming pool, nice surroundings, and activities for the kids to enjoy. We found Villa Helanes and decided to stay here because Johnny was very responsive, provided a baby cot, and addressed all our questions. The place is beautiful with amazing views of Corfu’s nature! We even took some drone videos. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the WiFi connection was strong, which was a plus for us. The fridge was large enough to store food for 8 people. Just 5 minutes from the villa is Pizza Nostra, which I highly recommend after a day at the beach. There’s plenty of parking space, and several beaches are within 15 minutes, with the main ones about 35 minutes away. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing holiday and a break from the fast pace of city life. :)

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location with a fantastic pool and outdoor area. Tavernas are a 10 minute walk. A car is needed for shopping and access to a swimmable beach. Rania was a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

Το σπίτι ήταν φανταστικό . Τα λόγια είναι περιττά να περιγράψουν το πόσο τέλειο ήταν το σπίτι . Η μελινα φανταστική οικοδέσποινα μας εξήγησε τα πάντα μας πρότεινε μαγαζιά και γενικά ήταν πάρα πολύ χαμογελαστή και εξαιρετική . Θα ξανά έρθουμε σίγουρα . Ευχαριστούμε για όλα . Ηταν όλα εξαιρετικά .

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. Simply a stunning house and location that my friends and I have already said send love to return to one day. You can’t stay that about many places! Peaceful, amazing sunsets, relaxing vibes. What more could you want. Hosts were great and always trying to make sure we had all we needed. Book it!

Beautiful house in a great location. Alex has done a great job to make the house comfortable and it is very well finished. The pool area is amazing, the BBQ facilities are great, and it is right in the beach next to multiple beach clubs. We hired a boat for the day from the beach which was fantastic.

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 7 und 9 Jahren, verbrachten im Oktober 2021 die Herbstferien in der wunderschönen Villa. Das Wetter war durchwachsen und reichte von warmen sonnigen Tagen am und im Pool bis zu kühlen stürmischen Regentagen. Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen mit einem großartigen Blick bis zum Meer. Viele Ausflugsziele (z.B. Kap Drastis, Angelokastro, Schmetterlingsbucht) und Traumstrände (z.B. Agios Stefanos, Arillas Beach) befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung. Vor Ort gibt es eine Taverne, einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten. Die Ausstattung ist bestens, u.a. Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion; Betten mit guten Matratzen und warmen Steppdecken; schnelles Internet im Erdgeschoss; Smart-TV mit Möglichkeit Netflix zu schauen; Küche mit Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos scheint, bietet aber auch bei Regentagen genug Platz. Maria und ihr Mann sind herzliche Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstkorb, Bier und Wasser im Kühlschrank sowie Leckereien für die Kinder. Auch während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir bestens umsorgt, ohne gestört zu werden. Auf Nachfrage gab es extra große Pooltücher und Taps für die Waschmaschine. Von uns gibt es fünf Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir hatten als Familie zu dritt ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Reihenmittelhaus mit luftigem Wohnzimmer und sehr großzügiger Terrasse. Den privaten und nicht einsehbaren Poolbereich haben wir sehr gerne genutzt, jedoch störte uns insbesondere abends auf der Terrasse die Lautstärke einer wahrscheinlich dem Pool zugehörigen Punmpe. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und der Wasserdruck schwankt stark. Die Küche ist schön und funktionial, ist aber mit zwei Kochplatten (und ohne passendes Kochgeschirr um auch beide Platten nutzen zu können) nicht praktikabel, um jeden Tag zu kochen. Zudem fehlt ein Geschirrspüler. Ungewöhnlich ist der herausragende Service - die Betreuung gleicht eher der eines Hotels als einer Ferienwohnung. Das Haus wird (auf Wunsch) täglich gereinigt und mit neuen Handtüchern versorgt, auch das Geschirr wird gespült. Die Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Auch wenn nicht alles perfekt war, können wir das Haus absolut empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
