Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

But you may want to just enjoy the peace at Little Cabin.

Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. Hiking, fossil and arrowhead hunting and bird watching all right on the ranch, with plenty to do at the nearby towns. Owners home is also located nearby and we are available for any questions and needs.
