This is a beachfront 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 2 in the best beach in San Juan! 15min from Old San Juan, 7min from the Airport, near shops, restaurants, hotels, casinos, nightlife, and a vibrant walking district. Hear the ocean waves, feel the breeze, enjoy the sun! The building has a private beach entrance, basketball court, tennis court (currently closed), pool, gazebos, bbq area, and more! Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Actualmente el servicio de agua se está viendo afectado por una avería en el sistema de acueductos y alcantarillados. El edificio cuenta con una cisterna y se estará proveyendo agua diariamente durante tres periodos distintos. Durante la mañana el racionamiento será de 6-8am, en la tarde de 12-1pm y en la noche de 6-8pm. Esta situación es temporera y muy pronto el servicio de agua será restablecido a su curso normal de 24 horas. Continuaré cumpliendo con mi deber de mantenerlos informados!
