Elegant and Stylish Designer Apartment in Central Athens

The 100 sq meters 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a privileged residence building on the 5th floor in front of a spacy park.It is a sunny apartment with all the rooms viewing directly to the park and to further horizon (the balcony has direct access to that view), without having a road between the entrance of the building and the park ,in a very quiet location, few steps away from local night life. IIn more detail: The apartment: As you enter the apartment (100 sq.m renovated) there is an entrance hall with an open kitchen on the left and a bar with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave and dish washer included).In front, there is a spacy sitting room with a 4K smart tv (neflix channel included), a dining room (big wooden designed oval table with 8 chairs ).In both sitting and dining area you can enjoy the park view and the tranquil open space ,without anything reminding you that you are in the center of a big city. In that area there is also an office table for use of laptop etc. On the right (there are glass doors that can provide privacy) there is a modern, confortable sofa bed, that can accommodate 2 people (210x140 cm). Sofa in the sitting area, dining table, chairs and stools are recently bought from KARE design store. Beside the kitchen there is a small corridor that separates the sitting, dining and kitchen area from the rest apartment. When you open the door to enter to the bedrooms and toilet ,bathroom area, you have on your left a small toilet wc and on the right the one bedroom with 2 single beds (brand new eco mattresses for extra comfort sleep, 200 x90 cm or 3’x 6’66’’ft each) that can be attached ,wardrobe and access to the balcony. Further on the right there is the main bedroom with a 200 x 200 super king size bed (brand new eco mattress for extra comfort sleep size 183 x 203 cm or 6’ x 6’ 66’’ ft) with wardrobe and access to the balcony. Just opposite to that, there is the big bathroom with shower and bath facilities, and at the end of the corridor a small storage area, where there is a washing machine. We are available for any help during your stay! A central neighborhood of Athens, you can easily walk around the area and encounter local stores, galleries, small theaters, restaurants, and bars. Kallimarmaro and Kolonaki also has several parks. The apartment can be accessed very easily from the airport and the port. The metro station (Evangelismos –blue line ) has a direct access from the airport and is a 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. In case you choose the metro or the bus, carrying heavy luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi from the bus/metro station to the apartment (less than 5 min, costs 3,20 eur), because it is situated uphill (e.g. some steps if you prefer to save distance) ,which is also the reason of the excellent horizon and view of the park. From port of Piraeus around 40 mins away, you take the train towards kifisia(green line), and change at monastiraki station to blue line towards either airport or doukisis plakentias and exit at evagelismos station. There is a private parking 100 m from the apartment. Transportation facilities (from/to the airport with very competitive prices, or day trips or tours) can also be arranged on request. Mattresses for all beds are ECOSLEEP (type BIOREST-new technology layers with advanced foam materials, such as memory foam for extra comfort sleep) Open area is a balcony 12 meters long that can be reachable from all bedrooms and sitting areas with view on the park. There is a strong Wi Fi signal. There are 2 elevators (1 normal and 1 small) in the building with access to the floor (5th). There is a private parking located 100 m from the apartment. Smoking is allowed in open spaces (balcony)

This beautiful house in the seaside resort village of Aghia Marina, located on the Athens Riviera (only 15 min away from the airport) is the single one in a 1,5 acre property. The property, planted with olive trees, and other water self-sufficient plants offers various places for relaxation under the shade. Moreover, the half basketball court (official size) equipped with lights gives the perfect setting for enjoying sports during days and evenings. The house itself underwent a full renovation in 2018. Respect has been paid to original materials and traditional forms at the same time aiming to meet the most demanding needs in terms of comfort and elegance. Property Description The property is located in a flat area ideal for walking and biking to the beach. Arriving in front of the stone fence, you are welcomed by a gated drive with space for at least 4 cars. The surroundings of the drive is planted with various trees such as olive, lemon, pomegranate, almond and pistachio trees which are in season at various times of the year. The house with its’ stone-paved surroundings, is situated at the end of the drive and in the middle of the property, far enough from the nearest road to offer privacy and tranquility. The surrounding areas feature courtyards and barbecue facilities. The courtyard with its stylish white marble dining table promises relaxing moments under the shade of a huge olive tree. The rest of the property is dedicated to sports-lovers and kids of course. A half basketball court (official size) with lights is ideal for evening matches or just kids’ biking around and enjoying the half acre free plot. Facilities for young kids such as a slide and swings make the place a true playground. House Description The living area is an open space full of light with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Entertainment, work, relaxation and romantic atmosphere meet here. A desk surface facilitates working on spot, a 43’’inch Smart TV offers connection to your game console, lights create a special atmosphere for dining and relaxing. The living room gives exit to a balcony overlooking the basketball court. This is an ideal spot for early morning relaxation and lazy afternoons. The 2 bedrooms feature queen beds (1,60m) (KING KOIL) with fully equipped wardrobes. The elegant master bedroom with its wonderful morning sunlight offers a private bathroom with a shower. The dreamy second bedroom with its wooden ceiling and its decoration creates a romantic atmosphere and gives exit to a courtyard where a couple can relax in privacy. The main bathroom offers a shower with a built seat and is one step away from the second bedroom. Guests will have access to the areas described and shown in the photos including courtyards, barbecue facilities, basketball court, playground area and of course private parking area. I always try to be discrete to the maximum providing private check-in and making sure that everything is 100% ready upon guests' arrival. Therefore as a host and inhabitant of the area I am always happy to give recommendations on places. Don't hesitate to ask for information for anything at anytime! Aghia Marina sits in the heart of the Athens Riviera coastline, 10 minutes' drive from Lake Vouliagmeni. The apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building is equipped with air conditioning system for cooling and heating.It is a Non smoking apartment (only on the veranda is allowed). Renovated in May 2018. The apartment has a bedroom for two persons, with a 1.6 m wide double bed,and a small room,with a 1.2 m wide single bed for a third person.Possibility of placing baby folding bed. The spacious and cozy living room has a high dining table and bar stools and a large couch (sleeping possibility for a fourth person). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, fire blanket, smoke detector, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster; it has a folding table with two folding chairs for seating. The approximately 30 square meters big and spacious Veranda offers a rather big table and a bench; the veranda is equipped with awnings, which are electrically operated. The apartment is fully available for the guests. We will be available for anything you might need during your stay. Most everyday amenities lie within a range of 200 meters of the apartment.
