Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total. It is equippped with Starlink satellite internet. Spitia form an inspirational environment for the setting of a magical holiday, ideal to bond with your loved ones, spend time together and enjoy some stress free time. Ralaki Cottage 2

This extraordinaire cottage house is located in Ralaki, near Chalakas, a rural area of Milos, with great mountain view and vegetation. The house sleeps 4 persons in one double bed and one sofa bed in the spacious living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, parking space, air conditioning and a gorgeous veranda to enjoy the fresh air and the view to the mountain and the sea. Road is near and the access with car is easy. Triades and Ammoudaraki beach are only 10 minutes away.

Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
