Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Auntie’s Lakeside Cottage

Our cozy two bedroom cottage overlooking Lake Champlain can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. The bedrooms have two single beds in each,. The full kitchen and lounge/living room is divided by a floating island that can be convertibly used for dining, bar, entertainment or dedicated work. Outside you’ll find the grill and two spacious decks, one overlooking the lake while a second overlooks the meadow.

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

Located on Lake Champlain, this cottage has spectacular partial lake and sunset views. Perfect for relaxing, reading a good book, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the beautiful lake, the Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park, the Alburgh Golf Links and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a pet fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Lakeside Cottage

Beautiful, newly renovated home on lake Champlain. There are hardwood floors throughout the living area as well as natural stone tile in the kitchen and bathroom. At the front of the house, there is a large four season enclosed porch. The access to the lake is via a steep gravel ramp. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Come enjoy stunning views of Isle Lamotte and Lake Champlain sunsets from your private enclosed porch!
