The studio at Karen's is a beautifully private space in a green and serene spot in the Kent countryside. The space has been put together with taste, care and wonderful attention to detail. We had a lovely, relaxing overnight stay, felt warmly welcomed and the breakfast (yes guys, this is an Airbnb in the truest sense of the phrase) was absolutely delicious. Don't hesitate!

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

From the very start, Angela was very communicative. She sent a list of restaurants, cafes, places to see, things to do, which was very helpful. The house was even better than we thought. Although the pictures look great, in person our expectations were exceeded. We travelled with 3 x under 5's and were chuffed at the fact that there were toys hidden in every nook and cranny. We even spent longer in the house than we thought we would because they were so well-entertained. There were little elements of detail too, with a fully equipped kitchen (particularly the fridge, pantry), some coins for the pinball and retro machines and a sign welcoming us. The location was phenomenal - literally a 3 min walk to the beach, and a 1-2min walk to the first coffee shops. Aldi was round the corner which was also super convenient. There was also on street parking, but when it was full, we parked in the pub next door. We have no complaints whatsoever and are already planning our return!

Perfectly located right across the road from the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Easy check in and space for the car which was very useful. Everything nice and clean and host there to show us in and around as we arrived.

A great location in camber for the fantastic beach and local amenities. Only a short drive to the historic town of Rye. A great little bar below our accommodation, run by a fantastic and friendly team of people.

Beautiful little annex, really peaceful and beautiful garden. Super clean and tidy and smelt great. Nikki was really kind and friendly and responsive to my questions. Lovely little snacks and little details which was a lovely surprise. Can’t recommend enough. Looking forward to coming back!

Have just spent a lovely few days in this super air bnb. We are all busy mums who go away annually and this was the perfect stay to relax and reconnect. A lovely walk along the coast into Folkestone makes this Airbnb a great location. Hosts were very accommodating and we would throughly recommend and return Thank you

I wanted to book a larger property, as we were coming to Tonbridge as a group for a family wedding. This was the perfect house for us! It really did feel like home from home…..cozy, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, great location, quiet road & lots of parking. Wendy was informative, friendly, flexible & I can really see why she’s a “SuperHost”!!! So many personal touches & unexpected treats, which we really were not expecting. We will definitely return, as we all felt so relaxed here. The beds were extremely comfortable too & the rooms a great size. We even managed a lay in the garden on the sunbeds with a glass of wine, which Wendy had kindly left for us. We ate at a local Turkish restaurant which was delicious. Then we had the wedding, which was a convenient 10 min drive away. All in all a successful & fun couple of days !

Lovely little place for a weekend away. Tidy and quaint with all the amenities plus some added extras. Gifted some lovely hot cross buns we enjoyed with a morning coffee from one of the local cafes! Just a note - bedroom curtains aren’t black out, so definitely bring an eye mask if that bothers you, but I really enjoyed waking up to the natural light. Great location too, harbour, beach & coastal trails all at a stones throw. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Perfect for what we wanted for our stay exploring Dungeness. Clean, comfortable, compact.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

An absolutely lovely place. Located right in the centre of town. Peter was fantastic, greeted us on arrival and made us feel really welcome. The apartment itself is spotless and has a lovely courtyard garden. Would definitely recommend 👍

Delightful stay. The flat was a perfect size and the breakfast/welcome basket made it an even easier trip with breakfast and more taken care of. Immaculate and lovingly decorated. Stephen and Debbie were great, thoughtful hosts. Would recommend without hesitation.

We had a great stay at Simon’s place in the heart of Dover. The apartment had everything we needed and it was very beautiful. I definitely recommend this place

Niki has made a wonderful restoration of the property making it both homely and interesting. Niki is delightful company making one feel well looked after from the first contact. I shall definitely return when in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we felt at ease from the moment we met Carol and Guy, they were so friendly and approachable which you don't normally find in AirBNB's. Always on hand to answer any queries that we had and also gave us ideas on things to do during our stay. We cannot recommend them highly enough and we would love to stay there again, and also see Marv, their amazing 'guard dog' who was super friendly and loved a little bit of attention!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicola’s place in Broadstairs to see in the new year. The town is lovely with a good and varied selection of pubs and restaurants pretty much all within 5 minutes walk. The beaches along the coast of this stretch of Kent are excellent. Along with bracing weather it cleared my new year cobwebs Nicola is a super host! Clearly takes pride in ensuring her place is comfortable and homely. The bed is very good. The shower is excellent. I quickly felt at home here. I would stay at Nicola’s place again

Vivian is friendly warm and kind, so helpful and considerate. She made me a packed lunch which kept me going all day on my road trip through France. I was up early and she didn’t mind. I needed to start my motor bike at 4am and she said it wouldn’t matter, just get on and do it. Lovely hostess. I felt completely welcome and at home.

Great location with the park right out the front and really nice cafe, bar etc down the road with just a short walk to the beach front. House was a lovely peaceful place to come back to, love all the plants! Thanks, Carlos & Sam!

Una accoglienza unica, mi sono sentita veramente bene accolta e la benvenuta. Gilly è stata gentilissima e mi sono sentita come a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Un vero piacere stare in una casa così accogliente dove sono stata sempre a mio agio. Ho dormito alla grande e la colazione era fantastica! Da Gilly a Dover tornerei molto volentieri senza cercare oltre, veramente una sistemazione accogliente e consigliatissima!

A very spacious , uber clean and well maintained and cared for property. Diane is a very welcoming host . The kitchen was stocked with bread, milk and eggs. We (3 adults) had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again.
