Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt! Der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich, und es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns alles in Ruhe zu erklären. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll hergerichtet. Besonders schön war es, dass wir auch den Garten mitbenutzen konnten – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung war einfach traumhaft: malerische Seen, beeindruckende Berge und charmante Dörfer – fast schon wie aus einem Bilderbuch. Ein besonderes Highlight war unser Tagesausflug zum Gardasee, den wir in etwa einer Stunde erreicht haben. Die Fahrt dorthin führte durch wunderschöne Straßen im Landesinneren – ein echtes Erlebnis! Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen – auch was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis betrifft. Ein Auto ist allerdings empfehlenswert, um die vielen tollen Orte in der Umgebung bequem erreichen zu können.

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

Unica pecca: soffitti molto bassi, appartamento non adatto per persone più alte di 1,80. Per il resto tutto super: appartamento ampio e pulito, zona tranquilla ma vicino agli impianti sciistici (15/20 min a piedi) e host super reattivo e disponibile!

Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Daniela met us at the Piazza and walked us to the AirBnb while showing us around the area. She recommended some amazing restaurants and bakeries and suggestions on using public transport. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was at the perfect location close to the Piazza with not too many steps . Even though the streets are busy, you don't hear the noise inside.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für einen Zwischenstopp im Appartment. Der Check-in war super unkompliziert, die Kommunikation immer einfach. Das Appartment ist sehr zu empfehlen. Küche insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, ein gescheites Messer fehlte jedoch. Sonst hat alles gepasst. Pizzerias für ein Abendessen gab es im Umkreis von ein paar Kilometern genügend. Für "dicke" Autos ist die Einfahrt in den Hof vielleicht ein wenig eng.

Nous avons profité de l'appartement d'Edoardo le temps d'un long week-end. Il est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Navigli, quartier très vivant avec ses bars et ses restaurants. Il y a effectivement un peu de bruit le soir mais, en tant que citadin, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont mis à disposition pas Edoardo au cas où. Un parking payant (5€ de l'heure et 40€ la journée)et très "safe" permet de stationner son véhicule à proximité de l'appartement (3 minutes à pied). Le centre ville est accessible à pied ou en tram ce qui est très appréciable. L'appartement d'Edoardo est très confortable, il correspond bien aux photos et un petit ascenseur permet d'accéder facilement au quatrième étage avec les bagages. Edoardo est un hôte très agréable et disponible. Je vous recommande sans hésiter son appartement pour votre séjour à Milan.

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento delizioso, funzionale e centrale. Minori e bellissima e genuina. L'appartamento ha vista mare laterale dal balcone. Il proprietario Maurizio gentilissimo e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno qui.

We had a wonderful stay at Giulia’s place! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and is ideally located—just a short walk from the city center and the lake, yet incredibly peaceful thanks to its lovely private garden. We were traveling with a small child and truly appreciated the thoughtful touches like a baby cot, high chair, and even a little playhouse in the garden, which our kid loved. Flavio kindly met us at the train station and gave us a ride to the apartment, which was such a warm welcome. He was always available, incredibly friendly, and quick to help with any questions or requests. We feel very lucky to have chosen this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Abbiamo raggiunto l’alloggio senza alcuna difficoltà e il self check-in è stato semplice ed immediato. La casetta è comoda, perfetta per una coppia, ma se ci si adatta un po’ anche in quattro si sta bene. La location è perfetta, abbiamo approfittato delle belle giornate primaverili per una passeggiata nel parco e belle colazioni al bar a due passi contati da casa. La metro è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Daniela è stata molto attenta e ci ha aiutati a risolvere un piccolo problema con efficienza e velocità.

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment with a beautiful terrace. Nice neighbourhood with lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. Andrea was very friendly and helpful with information and tips. We enjoy our stay very much.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist wunderschön. Großer Pluspunkt ist der gepflegte Pool. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

Tolle Aussicht und der Pool (den wir im Oktober wegen des Wetters nicht mehr nutzen konnten) sind ein Traum. Paola ist ein Traum Host und immer zu erreichen und hatte gleich zu Beginn viele Tipps. Einkaufen ist im Ort leider nicht möglich, dh man muss entweder in kleineren Läden was kaufen (sofern man einen Parkplatz findet) oder muss zurück nach Como. Ansonsten kann man für ein paar Wanderungen auch direkt am Appartment starten. Restaurants gibt es im Ort oder in nahegelegenen Dörfern sofern man einen Parkplatz findet - was leider selbst im Oktober (auch wegen Baustellen) ein Thema war

Elena è una Host piacevolissima. È super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha anche consigliato dove poter cenare e ci ha indicato un po’ i punti strategici della zona. L’alloggio è dotato di tutto. Addirittura Elena mette a disposizione assorbenti intimi per donne. Il mattino ci ha fatto pervenire anche dei croissant caldi e freschi e avevamo a disposizione tutto per la colazione. La vista dall’appartamento è spettacolare e nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi non passavano nemmeno troppe macchine che urtassero l’atmosfera. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché è ancora periodo di manutenzione però l’abbiamo vista ed è molto carina. Il box è capiente e vicino all’appartamento. Incluso negli spazi c’è una terrazza ampissima, accogliente e dotata di sdrai, ombra o sole, a preferenza, barbecue e tavolo con sedie. Davvero un bellissimo soggiorno!! Unica pecca, non per noi, se non si amano le lunghe passeggiate, nei dintorni, a piedi non si raggiungono i posti per prima necessità

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist in sehr kurzer Zeit am See, wo man super entspannen und schwimmen kann. Auch der Pool war uns sehr willkommen. Der Balkon war sehr schön und auch in der Küche konnten wir gute Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Ohne Auto wäre einkaufen sehr mühsam gewesen, mit Auto allerdings optimal. Alessia war auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich :) Wir würden hier aufjedenfall wieder herkommen!

Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Wohnung war bei unserem Eintreffen sehr, sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben das Ambiente und die Lage sehr genossen! Auch die Kommunikation war bestens. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

Alles war genauso wie erwartet, Conny sehr symphatisch und die Kommunikation gut. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war herrlich und zahlreiche Bialettis für typischen italienischen Kaffee vorhanden :) Klare Empfehlung.

Mario's AirBnB has a great location, it was very close to the two vila's we wanted to visit (Vila Carlotta and Vila del Balbianello), so there was no hassle with ferries etc. in the morning. We also very much loved the beautiful view from the balcony, on the mountains and Lake Como. The kitchen was very well equipped and the sofa bed was comfortable. However, the biggest plus of the AirBnB was Mario himself! He kindly picked us up from the ferry port in Tremezzo and even gave us a ride to Vila del Balbianello the day we left! He was also very responsive via text and gave us great tips! Would highly recommend!
