Private 3 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6) in the upstairs portion of a new house. 3 rooms upstairs separated from the downstairs by a 2nd entrance, so you have private access. Master bedroom has a seating area, attached bath, walk in closet. The 2 other rooms share a bath. Kitchen newly built upstairs specifically for the 3 upstairs rooms. This is a very safe neighborhood in a newly built community. Close to Sequoia National Park. Everything is as you see in the pics, but it's a must see in person!

Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

This beautiful and unique treehouse will provide you a great getaway, whether you're visiting friends or family or headed to the National parks. Kings Canyon: hour to entrance gate Sequoia: hour and a half to Giant Sequoia Trees Due to safety reasons we do not allow children of any ages at the treehouse. Please do not ask for exceptions.
