This place was perfect for our Jax getaway. The space was able to accommodate my family of 3 without any problem. We had a few questions before & during our trip and the response were always quick!!! The community amenities (specifically the pool 😁) were added bonuses for our preteen. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Ashley went above and beyond to assist with any questions we had. Very pleasant stay.

This was our first experience with Airbnb. We booked at the last minute and were approved quickly. The instructions on how to get in were sent right away and we were so surprised at how easy it was! This property is a nicely decorated, newer 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and we especially loved the comfortable bed and fluffy duvet. Other special touches included 3 nesting tables in the living room (easy to move around), a hamper basket in the closet, and a makeup mirror (close-up) in the bathroom. Also, we had plenty of nice thick white towels. We were very happy to find this because we had so much more room than we would have had in a nearby hotel and the cost was less! It was also very close to our daughter and convenient to Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. We enjoyed our stay and will book again the next time we come! Solace Escape's communication with us was great and we really appreciated that since we were new to Airbnb and had many questions! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Definitely a 10/10! The place was beautiful. Great vacation spot for a couple days. The pool was great, the kids were respectful and didn't splash us(loved that!!) had a nice cookout near the pool. Quiet at night. Totally coming again when I come back!

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

April was a star five hostess. Very responsive very nice. The home could not have been any cleaner. I used to live in that neighborhood when I lived in Florida is like coming back home. Very nice.

Our Easter weekend stay was perfect.

This is a lovely place! I travel a lot and tend to stay in Airbnbs; this one stood out! Classy decor, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds and many nice touches throughout. It’s walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Our stay at Dusty’s home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless the check-in was easy, the space was spotless, and every little detail had been thought of to make the stay comfortable. They put up a birthday banner and balloons to help celebrate with us our daughter’s birthday. The home looked exactly like the pictures and it’s in a good location it was quiet, safe, and close to the beach. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor games were fun! The indoor games were fun too! The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, local guidebooks, extra towels. Communication with Dusty was excellent, they were quick to respond, very friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you again for opening up your home to us.

Such a great place to stay! The place is beautiful and very close to all the fun that St. Aug has to offer! Definitely is great for big groups of friends/family and having our own pool was the best bonus. The house has everything you could think of needing for a weekend getaway. Richard was also great with communication and offered amazing accommodations, such as early check in and late check out! If you are thinking of booking a stay here, just do it! You will not regret it.

This is the PERFECT Villa for 2 adult couples!! Very roomy!!!! Love that it has two king rooms. We didn't cook other than bagels for breakfast but the kitchen is very well Stocked with everything you could imagine! The host has thought of everything down to beach toys, chairs and towels! Books to read and games etc. We love the coffee/cocktail bar!! Great for biking or walking! We were disappointed that the golf course was closed due to renovations as well as the Falcon sports bar. We usually go to Amelia Island a couple of times a year, This villa will be my first choice again if its available on our dates!!!!!!

Luxe Amelia could not have been nicer. It was exactly like it was in the description. SUPER clean!! Probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and I’m very OCD and picky. Owner was very responsive and even brought over the bathroom key for the pool bathroom from HOA the second or third day we were there. Everything was first class from the espresso machine down to the toilet paper. We loved Amelia Island and I’m definitely bookmarking this property and our family will return.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachside rental! The check-in process was smooth, and finding the place was easy. The owners clearly put in a lot of care to modernize and maintain the unit. The WIFI was flawless!.Whether we were streaming, working remotely, or planning our next day’s activities, the internet never skipped a beat. This was a huge plus, especially for those of us who needed to stay connected during the trip We stayed in a bottom unit, and while we occasionally heard footsteps from above, it was never disruptive. Parking was mostly easy. The best part? You’re just steps away from the beach! It was amazing to wake up, step outside, and be right on the sand.

Brigid’s place was outstanding. The community was peaceful and quiet and a great location-down the street from Harris Teeter and a short drive into Fernandina. The ocean view from the condo was spectacular, particularly sunrise. Everything in the condo was clean and well kept and the amenities were great. Brigid was quick to respond when we had questions! We would definitely come back and stay again

We've stayed with Nomad twice and what I like most is that they provide plenty of necessities (toilet paper, towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels.) It's the little things that make a big difference.

Well equipped and lovely Airbnb right by the beach. Highly recommended.
