Westcoast beach cottage - Unit 2 / Fire place

A small coastal cottage roughly 5 min drive outside the harbour town of Saldanha. The cottage is private but connects to the side of our home. It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

Our apartments are sanitized between every guest departure and arrival by me personally. With its white washed walls, blue finishes and seconds from the endless stretches of white sandy beaches with azure waters, mysterious sunrises, and vivid sunsets . This apartment sleeps a couple Beautiful upstairs Bachelor's unit with Limited Sea Views , queen bed, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with shower and SHARED patio with outside braai/barbecue. Situated approximately 80m from the beach.

On the beach! Die Vissershuisie is a romantic three bedroomed cottage built in the traditional west coast style. Each of the bedrooms is en-suite & has a queen size bed. Our rates are charged PER PERSON/per room. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.

La Mer

La Mer offers guests the opportunity to stay right on the beach, close to restaurants. This ideally situated self-catering unit offers the best views of the ocean, the beach and breathtaking sunsets. In case of a power failure, an inverter and back up batteries are installed and we will do our best to ensure that the lights, TV and Wi-Fi are working. This is a developing town and building activity is taking place in the area. Unfortunately no children or pets.

If you have never visited the West Coast of the Cape before, you are really in for a surprise. The colours, the beauty of the reserve – the flowers in Spring and the quietness just an hour out of Cape Town. Our cottage is a home away from home and as such is set up for our, and your, comfort and enjoyment.

The location is incredible, luxurious and right in front of the wave. The property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 2 people, fully self-catering with lounce/TV room. Wow! Bedroom has an extra length Queen bed and the bathroom, a large shower opening onto a quaint courtyard. The upstairs loft has a work station and sleeper couch. Spacious patio with dining area and outdoor shower. Barbecue and carport. Only a 5-minute walk from the Paternoster beach. No children under the age of 12 years.
