Great location!! The apartment is just like the pictures. Great pools to spend the day and having the beach right there is amazing! The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Paolo was very clear with the instructions.

Let’s start with the fact that the staff are incredible. Esperanza is a gift to this world, she was incredible and very sweet. She was an incredible cook and made us feel right at home. Fidel was very helpful and checked in each morning. He was always ready to support us with any questions or needs. The rest of the staff were fabulous! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Not my first time in PV, and this house was my favorite spot. Everything is walkable just be ready for the stairs! Proper hiking shoes to make it up and down the hill! We had massages and facials in the house which was perfect to provide us what we needed to relax. Breakfast each morning is highly morning! The food was 10/10! We rented a car and Ubered for smaller groups to get around, loved this spot.

Mari and Shane took great care of my family during our visit to Bucerias (April 14 week). Mari is a great cook and she and team made sure we had everything we needed. The house is an amazing private space, and the kids loved the pool. It’s basically like being at a resort but without all the other guests. We had 8 people, which is just about the perfect amount for this spot. The beach is a block away and tons of shops and restaurants are within a few more blocks. The ladders to the upper lofts are a bit precarious and not a great option for young kids or those with limited mobility, so plan accordingly. Also, we were in town during Holy Week so there was a bit more street noise and activity than usual. This generally did not last past 9 PM. We will definitely come back to this spot next time we are in the PV area. Thank you so much to the whole team for making this a great family vacation!

Absolutely stunning place. It's a perfect getaway I 100% recommend this place. The staff were all very helpful checking was easy they come and greet you. The pool the beach everything is amazing. Not overcrowded either just perfect. Perfect getway regardless if you're single, with family or just you're partner. The sunsets from this place are incredible.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very comfortable and clean, and the grounds were well-maintained. It was very close to everything in town but far enough to be quiet at night. Construction was happening across the street daily, but that was out of their control. The area is developing. We enjoyed eating at Sur38 on numerous occasions, right next to the condo. And, it was an easy walk to Playa Los Muertos, our favorite beach!

House is very nice and spacious. The jacuzzi was hot and easily would fit 8. House was kid friendly and shared pool was big and clean.

David's Condo was very nice place to stayed! The condo is located in a resort so you can enjoy all what the hotel offers. The location its very convenient, it is right at the Marina so you are at walking distances from restaurants, shops and the Marina Malecon. David was a great host; we will definitely comeback to this place!

Das Apartment ist größer als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt gewesen. Allerdings ist es zu Fuß wirklich anstrengend die Straße hochzulaufen, da es super steil den Berg auf geht. Aber mit dem UBER ging das dann ganz entspannt 😜 Man sollte noch beachten, dass man eine viel befahrene Straße direkt vor der Tür hat, welche einen gewissen Lärm mit sich bringt. Dafür ist die Aussicht Klasse. Zudem gibt es 2 sehr große Fernseher in den jeweiligen Zimmern und die W-lan Verbindung läuft stabil. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht und eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner stehen auch zur Verfügung 👌🏼 Ich habe mich zudem auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt

This place is a GEM. An absolute gem. The location, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the luxury - THE BEDS! The view is unbelievable and it truly feels like vacation the minute you walk in the door. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful and we are already looking to book may flights to come back. What was a one day stay in PV (we’re staying the week in Sayulita) to help my friend propose to his now fiance, turned into the trip I wish we booked originally! We truly didn’t want to leave.
