Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

La estancia con Gabrielle fue súper linda, ella y su esposo son muy atentos y detallistas. el lugar es ameno con lindos detalles y la distancia a la playa es literalmente, de tres minutos caminando. Fueron muy atentos con nuestra bebé y con nosotros. 100/10 Muy recomendable

Die Unterkunft von Mar hat eine wunderschöne Ausssicht auf den Pazifik, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wenn ich in die Gegend zurückkomme, würde ich definitiv wieder bei Mar buchen. Man sollte wissen, dass der direkt an die Unterkunft angeschlossene Strand zwar schön privat ist, aber viele Felsen im Wasser hat. Dafür ist ganz in der Nähe der Strand Careyeros, der auch nicht überfüllt ist, kompletter Sandstrand ist und ganz gute Beachclubs hat. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen für eine Woche wunderschönen Erholungsurlaub.

Yelapa is so worth the trip! As a solo traveler I found everyone so nice and helpful and it was safe! This Airbnb is the perfect location with amazing views at the top of the hill and right in the middle of the town. I stayed in the one bedroom which was the perfect size. I loved the terrace/patio, although not enclosed, no one else used it because they all seemed to have their own. I seriously have no complaints, there’s a rooftop with an honor bar which is convenient if you don’t feel like going anywhere to drink. They also have VERY thorough instructions on getting to Yelapa, restaurant recommendations and the office/excursion kiosk is right in front and if no one is there , a grounds keeper was always nearby. My advice to anyone going is to make sure you have walkable shoes, the roads are uneven in places and I never wore my sandals, I was either barefoot or in my running shoes.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .

Es una estancia muy tranquila y agradable, el departamento esta tal cual es la descripción y muy confortable, te puedes mover fácilmente a otras playas cercanas. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y completa, Mirka es muy buena anfitriona, te facilita recomendaciones y son muy útiles para las personas que no ubican la zona. Sin duda volveríamos.

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

Stayed here for a week - really enjoyed the place. Great location right on the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Place was very clean and felt safe. Would come back and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

We had a great time here. My kids loved the place. I liked that it's surrounded by nature and that we could see different animals wandering around the grounds. Melissa was very attentive and responded to all my requests. We'd love to return in the future.

La verdad es que el departamento está precioso, tuvimos unos problemas con la limpieza pero Josh nos resolvió todo, la alberca súper bonita, ellos cuentan con un restaurante en el edificio que también fueron súper amables, enserio el departamento está precioso y con una vista increíble

Pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles, en un gran lugar! Confortable y agradable. Los anfitriones siempre al pendiente de lo que les solicitamos.

Fue una estancia placentera sin ningún contratiempo, la casa es bastante cómoda y equipada, tiene buen mantenimiento, nos fue entregada totalmente limpia y funcional cuenta con todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar en familia, es un excelente lugar.

Muy bonito lugar para relajarte y desconectar, no hay mucho que hacer al rededor pero esta barra de navidad a 15 minutos, además que en el área de la alberca hay una persona que prepara algo de comida y bebidas. Todo en excelente estado, muy limpio. Lo recomiendo

My wife and I visited PV with our 2 year old son and stayed here for 9 nights the first week of April. The place was perfect! Agustin was great, he answered our questions quickly and allowed us to have a crib / toddler related things delivered by a local company before our arrival, which was super helpful. The apartment is located about 10-15 minutes by car (which we rented due to having our son with us) to downtown and about 40 minutes from the airport. Taxis / buses always right outside if you don't have a car. The apartment was super clean and had everything we would need for our stay, has amazing views of the ocean from the top floor, the AC worked great in both bedrooms and the living room when we used it, and the appliances in the kitchen / washer-dryer are all new and better than what we have at home! The beach is perfect for short walks / swims, and was mostly empty during our stay. The pool was also a nice treat and was heated. We can't wait to return. Thank you Agustin!

Jeff’s place is amazing! It’s truly a beach front property and the fact that you can go from your private backyard and pool to the ocean in just a few steps sets it apart from many other properties we’ve visited. It is also situated in real Mexico free from the tourist crowds and overpriced attractions. Jeff was a great host and his helpful and considerate demeanor combined with all the comfort of a private residence made us feel like we were visiting our own vacation home. Whether a family vacation or an adult only adventure we definitely plan to come back.

There are many positives to this property - Very spacious Great views (although one cannot see the sun set but can certainly enjoy the 'glow') Walkable to Bucerias and La Cruz Huanacaxle Large balcony Very comfortable beds...I want one at my home Only cons - Construction next door BUT this will not be forever and no one seemed to work after 5-6pm, before 9am or on Sunday We asked for a late checkout which was granted but, without our knowledge, the maid went into the unit to start cleaning so late checkout really was not granted as we had to work around the maid. She was very accommodating but it would have been nice to have known this prior her actual entrance to the unit. I am sure the Samson group will make sure they communicate these types of situations better going forward. *Samson group is very responsive to any queries Thanks for letting us stay at your accommodation.

We had a delightful stay at Logan's place over spring break. From the beginning of our communications, the team was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Everyone helped organizing our stay, transport and activities. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout hour holiday. We thank you all for such a great time and your attention to every detail.
