The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river. There's also a nice balcony to enjoy the river view and the amazing sunsets over downtown New Bern.

The Cottage on Hancock - entire historic cottage

This quaint historic cottage, "The Hunter-Stevens Law Office", (c. 1855) is located in the heart of historic downtown New Bern, steps away from shopping, dining, and the waterfront. The cottage sits on the property of the historic Coor-Cook residence (c. 1790), known as the "Stanley Hospital, Officer's Ward" during the Union Army occupation of New Bern. The cottage originally served as the law office of Mr. Geoffrey Stevens, a prior resident of the Coor-Cook house.

Dockside Daze/Sunday checkout 5pm/Riverfront

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.

Convenient to Bayboro, Vanceboro, Cherry Point, Havelock, Morehead City and the beach.(No cleaning fee.)

Mt. Pleasant Retreat (fully private guest house)

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Conveniently located approximately 10 minutes to downtown New Bern and 15 minutes to MCAS Cherry Point. Located less than a half mile from VFW Post 2514 and less than two miles from Copper Ridge on the Neuse wedding venue. We allow small dogs, larger dogs upon request, NO CATS or any other pets.
