House was great! Small but not too small and perfect for vacation rental. Med sized dog, husband, and toddler loved it. Kenzie leaves you everything you need from a raised double dog dish to dishwasher and laundry pods….awesome attention to detail. Pics don’t do it justice as more outside and living room seating have been added. Fire pit was really cute and everything to get it started and have a fire were there even though we didn’t get a chance. Reasonable driving distance to VA beach, zoo, and playgrounds. Food easily accessible both driving and walking. Grocery store is close drive but don’t forget your butter. The corner store sees you coming! It was super clean well done and would love to stay again. Thank you Kenzie for being a great host!

Space was perfect for us staying as a family of 6. Bedrooms were great and the home offered plenty of space throughout. Awesome backyard, although we did not really use - very close beach access. Had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend!

Very peaceful and fenced in yard was a plus for our small dog. The beach was only a couple of blocks away. House was clean and host was responsive.

We loved the house; cozy, nicely decorated, with many pieces of original art that really added character. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. The location right on the water was wonderful, and Nancy provided kayaks, which we took advantage of. Our dog was beside himself with so much room to run. Nancy’s daughter and family live next door, and we spent quite a few hours enjoying conversation and local knowledge with them. We would go back again.

House was beautiful, clean, and just as described. Host was very helpful, responded almost immediately and checked on our needs periodically throughout the weekend. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Nicholas and Dana's place! It was both fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the little beach, the dock and the kayaks. We caught some catfish and one tiny crab in the crab trap (and threw everything back in). It was nice to have the firepit and hot tub to use too. And, the kids really liked being downstairs in their own space. The only issues were that the key pad wasn't working to get in to the front door which was frustrating after a long drive and the grill was very slow to heat up and probably needs to be replaced. Overall, this home was a really good choice for us and we would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Absolutely loved this place. Sam checked in with us once we arrived and I let him know there wasn’t a mixing bowl when I was making pancakes in the morning and shortly after he had one dropped off for us, so he definitely went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Great host and place. Would return again.

What a gem of a place! So cute and cozy. A great location! Loved all the natural light that came in through the big windows. Everything was so clean yet very comfortable. Enjoyed walking the beach. Found sharks teeth and sea glass! Such a great surprise to find such treasures! Lisa was so very kind and accommodating. Appreciated the extras like coffee, bottled water, shampoo etc and she brought some wood for a cozy fire. They really worked hard at making our stay very comfortable. Definitely will be coming back. But plan on a longer stay because there is so much more in the area to check out!

This place is AMAZING!!! More than what we expected. Not one single complaint, but all praises and satisfaction. Clean spaces, well equipped kitchen, perfect view, plenty of activities/entertainment for everyone, hot tub was a bonus, boat house with open upper deck was lovely. Definitely a must place to go, specially when you’re considering luxury, comfort, and fun at the same time. Daniel is a gracious host that quickly responds and address every questions and requests we had. We already checked availability for our next getaway, even before we checked out! 😁. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Blue House and can’t recommend it enough for your next trip to Lake Anna! The house was well-equipped, clean, and the host was flexible and accommodating with our check-in/out times. The property has beautiful, waterfront views and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

The area and view are beautiful and the home's decor is welcoming. The home was very comfortable for our family group and had a VERY well-stocked kitchen. The master bed was VERY comfortable as were the rest of the beds. My husband and I slept well. We all felt at home. MJ was very responsive when I had questions and communicated about the property in clear, concise language. The host provided many outdoor recreation opportunities, which included paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets. There was a nice sized pool but we were visiting out of season so we did not use it. The exercise room downstairs has a lot of equipment. We all enjoyed our time together. Our family is asking to come back again next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Sandy Feet Retreat in Colonial Beach was a great place to take my daughter and the grandkids for a 3 day Spring Break holiday. The condo was beautifully furnished and very well located on the boardwalk. My family loved having access to the beach right outside the condo and spent many hours collecting shells and sea glass. Fishing from the pier was a thrill for my grandson. I enjoyed peaceful mornings on the balcony and evening time there listening to the waves each day. Thank you Brittany for everything you do to assure a lovely stay for your guests.

This was our second stay at Beach Please and it was just as delightful as the first! The house was again squeaky clean, thoughtfully decorated and had plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out. Grandparents appreciated the first floor master bedroom and kiddos loved the game room, and the crafts and puzzles upstairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and cozy, with beautiful views in every direction. The addition of the acoustic guitar for songs by the firepit was a major plus, as our ten year old is a music lover and almost brought her own. We had a great stay and would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Grab a week (or two) and don't think twice.

This was a wonderful getaway for my family and friends. We had two toddlers that loved the river beach and pool. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids and adults busy!

The place gave great beach house vibes at an affordable rate! Views were phenomenal really dug the balcony. Had all the dishes we needed for cooking and the beds were perfect for what we needed!

My absolute favorite airbnb ever ! This was the 3rd time I've stayed here, and if I could afford it, I'd go monthly. The location is perfect, right on the water, small private beach, lots of privacy and soooo incredibly relaxing. The house is very well laid out, super clean and comfortable. Keri provides more than most hosts, from the kitchen and bathrooms, to beach gear, movies, books, games, and the kayaks ! I love love love this house and location so very much. It feels like "my" home away from home and I'll continue to go back as much as possible. THANK YOU again Keri, for another amazing getaway !

Madeline & Michael’s place is great 👍 They’ve recently renovated everything inside and there was even more space than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the views, the back yard of sand, small path through the sand dune and access to the beach. Communication was great leading up to and throughout our stay. Responsive and communicative via AirBnb app. Open to small changes we had to make. Beautiful house and wonderful neighborhood. Everything as described and reasonable price. Truly provided the BnB part of AirBnb with linens, cleaning/cooking supplies, and bathroom supplies. Very scenic. The pictures don't do it justice when it comes to the proximity of the dock. It is right outside the window of the master bedroom.

Incredible views of the water. Sunrise is beautiful. Dolphins swim by. Hot tub and fire pit are fabulous. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, friendly, and proactive. Our family had a great time at their home.

We had the best time! The home was even better than described. We loved having the beach so close, with everything we needed (chairs, toys, kayaks, etc). The house was so comfortable and we enjoyed making several large meals in the stocked kitchen. So private and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!
