My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

This peaceful home is complete with a large pool, spacious kitchen and living space. Our family had plenty of space and seating inside and outside the home. The location was on a quiet drive with plenty of food and shopping a few minutes away. The host was very responsive, flexible and helpful throughout our long stay. Things like a snack basket, family games, a pool slide and seating and shade around the pool made our stay that much more pleasant. We recommend staying another day to enjoy all this home has to offer.

We loved our stay here, and will hope to stay again next time we come to visit family. It is secluded but easy to access. It feels like having a private resort/ranch. The house and yard were great for us and our five year old. Lots of space to place and more things to do than anywhere else I have ever stayed. Truly unique. We spent several nights and afternoons hanging out on the back patio and playing around. We even had a turtle and frog visit.

This is a large, lovely house built in 1914 featuring beautiful wooden trim everywhere. The location is great. It's walkable to restaurants and near the edge of a safe residential neighborhood. Those restaurants have music at night and you can hear them. The central air is inadequate to cool the upstairs bedrooms to a nice sleeping temperature in the Alabama heat, but the managers have added portable air conditioners in every bedroom. The units are loud and have bright control panels; to sleep, I covered the control panel lights and dealt with the noise; other family members turned off their units. The 4 bedrooms are spacious. Sheets were microfiber. Linens were all clean and bright. There were no dressers. C/S was excellent. Aside from the building itself, this is not one of those places with a luxe visual vibe; art was cheap and crooked and furnishings were sparse, neat and practical. The house had what we needed. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but it was very nice and we'd go again.

Taajah was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. It was very clean, comfortable and was perfect for what we needed! Very peaceful neighborhood! We stayed a full week for baseball. We were able to enjoy the pool, cook dinner ourselves and we were very close to shopping. Taajah’s instructions and descriptions were very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend booking with Taajah if you are staying in the Hoover area!

Nice place for the money there were so many rooms I didn’t even explore them all, would highly recommend this place for a large group of friends and family!!!

Four of us came to Birmingham to play the RTJ Golf Trail. The Airbnb is in the vicinity of ie "The Hood", but it is totally safe and the neighbors were friendly. The only thing of note is that the upstairs' bathroom's double sink vanity water pressure was extremely low. Chris was a great host. Again thanks for your hospitality.

This is our second time staying here and would stay again. Everything is clean and comfortable. The host usually responds almost immediately. The neighborhood is very quiet. Restaurants, gas stations and stores are not to far away if something is needed and access to the interstate is simple also.

William and Linday's place was just what my family needed. We were very comfortable. The location is great! We're grateful that we could stay there and visit with one another and also other friends and family in Birmingham. Thank you!

Pam's place was great! It was cozy, clean, and felt like home. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and walkable to Cahaba Brewing and some breakfast places. One of the smoke detectors went off (dying battery), and Pam showed up within minutes—unbelievable! We enjoyed her hospitality while she was there! Pet-friendly was a bonus. We were in town for our son's wedding and got to spend time with our grand dogs; there was even a bed and basket of toys!

This house was beautiful inside and out. Love the fact the laundry was upstairs. Mykyla even had packages of toothbrushes and toothpaste which was extremely helpful seem out of 4 of us i was the only one who brought mine. Mykyla had detailed instructions for check in and check out which was extremely helpful. She also provided disney and hulu for us to watch. Everytime i sent a message to her she was very quick to respond. Also she is very sweet and kind. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Talked to a few neighbors in passing everyone was very respectful. I definitely would stay here again. I know the rating only goes up to 5 but id definitely say this is more of a 10. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you again Mykyla for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Absolutely loved it. The only thing I would recommend is to tell people the third bedroom is in the basement. We thought that door was just a closet. I was completely amazed when I realized it was a basement room. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Tania is a superb host! She was quick to respond to inquiries and very flexible when we had a last minute change to the number of people staying with us. The property is peaceful and nestled in a quiet neighborhood, and we had plenty of room to accommodate our group. We especially appreciated the clear and precise instructions for everything from directions to check-in, to check-out. Our stay was brief(barely more than 12 hours, but the property suited our needs perfectly.

Fantastic home! Less than 15 minutes from the airport and walking distance to a good number of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Home was updated and had plenty of room for all four of us. I will definitely be booking Ericas place again next time I am in Birmingham.

This was exactly what we needed. Comfortable and peaceful. Exactly like the description and pictures. Grocery store around the corner great coffee shop and Inverness walking trail was only a short drive away. This was a great place in a great location while we were in Birmingham. We will stay here again.

Was a lovely home would definitely choose again the shop in the back yard was definitely great for storage for my bikes
