Victoria's place was very nice for our family visit. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were all clean and functional. The layout is on three floors (including a finished basement), and the bedrooms are distributed on all the floors. This was fine for us, but be aware if you have mobility issues. The bathrooms look like they were recently remodeled and were very attractive. The kitchen is not very big (a shortage of cabinets), but it was sufficiently stocked and thoughtfully laid out. This is literally the only AirBnB I've stayed at that had functional non-stick pans! The location is in the western suburbs of Denver. This was great for us (family lives around the corner), but it's a typical suburban area so you will need a car to go anywhere. On the plus side, there are hundreds of convenient restaurants and stores within a short drive, and food delivery options were plentiful. There's a walking trail directly behind the house that connects to a larger trail system.

Top of the mountain! Great views. Looked just liked the pictures. Very well stocked kitchen. Internet worked well for work ( that was important) as it was listed at 15 mbps. Very well set up for little kids which was a plus, we had our own stuff but the high chair options were great. Highly recommend.

The hot tub and the steam shower are amazing. I worried about the no shoes policy because of a sensory issue but the floors are extremely clean. The kitchen is great for gathering with any amenities you can think of. The garden is lovely. Book as soon as you can!

Great place in a great Denver suburb. Everything was easy and beds were clean and comfortable.

The home was lovely, my kids enjoyed the stay. My son loved the fireplace and tv. We watched movies each night. I loved that I could control the temperature In the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware to prepare breakfast. There were Close by markets to get groceries. This was like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again!

Easily one of the best stays I have ever had! Scott and Taylor have thought of everything! Incredibly cute, comfortable and perfect! I would absolutely stay there again. Perfect location for Red Rocks and downtown Denver. Even found a cool coffee spot, Sweet Bloom. We had a blast and really enjoyed our stay. Never heard a peep out of Ash but wouldn’t have minded if we did. Such a cutie. We truly felt like we were home away from home.

We had a great time. The accommodations were so nice, very clean and well appointed. We were welcomed by deer and cute fox who slept in the yard our last night.

Ben is the best! So responsive, helpful, on the ball! The condo is beautiful and a fantastic location. But don't go there...because I WANT IT!! Haha!

Great spot and very accommodating, about as private as you can get when connected to someone’s house. They even made sure to shovel the dedicated parking spot, and the pinball machine is a great touch.

Wonderful place to stay. Located right outside the little downtown and easily walkable to get food, shop, and explore with the bonus of great views. Location was perfect to either drive over to local hiking trails in the mountains or take a day trip into Denver to explore the city. Would love to come stay again in the future and highly recommended!

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. The place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. Loved the hot tub!

We loved staying here and hanging with the dogs. Super clean with a comfy bed. We hope we can return soon.

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.
