Great recommendations in an easy-to -follow format, plenty of dishes and utensils, comfortable bed with trundle, ample space, walk-in closet with lots of storage, and many options for movies and tv shows. The apartment was located in a private neighborhood very close to downtown Evergreen. Great option for a couple!!

This is high quality, luxurious accommodation in stunning surroundings. We enjoyed the spacious layout, well-equipped kitchen, excellent shower and indulgent touches such as Aesop products, thick towels and throw rugs. Evergreen is a charming mountain area and a good base for visiting Denver, Boulder and surrounds. The snow in April created beautiful scenes with visiting elks. Thank you Alyssa and Brett for your excellent communication and outstanding accommodation.

Just lovely, peaceful and relaxing cabin. Thanks JL for such beautiful cabin ! Our family enjoyed the weekend and family time together. The kitchen is well equipped. It is 5 stars house. Definitely come back to stay !

this cottage is lovely. Clean and warm and decorated. It feels good to stay there. excellent t communication and readily available for questions. The porch that is available is just right with interesting and surprising landscaping around. the whole place is inspiring.

Stayed here long term working remotely. Perfect place to call a temporary home. Very quiet house and location, safe/quiet neighborhood. Great lake nearby to catch the sunset. Not walkable to groceries / restaurants, but quick drive to basically anything you'd like. Quick drive to get onto the 6/i70 to get into the mountains. Kitchen has a hot plate, toaster oven (can use like a small regular oven), microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge (with freezer). Utensils, knives, cookware...basically anything you'd need to cook full meals. Laundry in-unit. Basement unit, so not much natural light. Internet is ~700mbps down ~400mbps up, perfect for working remotely. Patricia is awesome, super helpful and very kind. Ask for skiing recommendations! Highly recommend!

Great house, clean, roomy, with comfortable king beds. 6 adults with lots of space. Loved the backyard- not very private with short fences between neighbors, but it didn’t bother us. Enjoyed the hot tub and towels provided for that. Very quiet neighborhood with a great walking path around the lake across the street. No restaurants or shops within close walking distance. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Loved our Carriage House stay! We were within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants, and centrally located between our two kids, whom we were visiting (but still have our own space). It was great, and we'd stay here again!

Deanna’s place was great! Optimal location to explore Denver & Boulder. My father said she “thought of everything” in regard to accommodations/amenities & I like to think he is the boujee one out of the two of us. I will keep this place in mind the next time I’m looking to explore CO!

This was a nice home and we really enjoyed our stay. Cymax did a amazing job communicating and helping us during our stay didn’t matter what time I wrote them they always replied promptly. I definitely recommend using them
