We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

The cabin sleeps 6 and has a fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds, a sleeper sofa in the loft, a master bath with double shower heads and soaking tub, a living room with a cozy fireplace, an arcade table, hammock and rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, propane grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and much more. Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - May.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

The Green Door Cottage - a peaceful place to stay

The Green Door Cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. We strive to provide a clean and fun place to make your home during your vacation! There is plenty of room to accommodate 6 to 8 people, with a master bedroom with bathroom attached, and 2 other bedrooms that share a bath and a half. The most amazing part of our cottage is outside. There is a back porch with gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and even a 9 hole Disc Golf course!

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
