An incredible stay in Medewi! This place was absolutely amazing – set among stunning rice fields with breathtaking views of the ocean. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What really made the experience stand out were the hosts, Diana and Bob – they couldn’t have been more helpful. From arranging affordable transport to and from the property to sorting out motorbikes with surfboard racks, they made everything easy and stress-free. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay – highly recommended!

It was the best place we stayed at during our vacation. Everything was amazing, very comfortable, quiet, very clean and beautiful. The staff was also perfect, helping us with any issue and question we had. Can highly recommend staying there!!

The place is pretty easy to reach with a pretty clear signage on the main road. The house was remarkable; it was beyond our expectation. It was clean, gorgeous, fancy and right at the beachfront. It was great for a staycation with our extended family. The swimming pool was great and clean along with some beach towels ready in addition to regular towels in each bedroom. The kitchen was spacious with pretty dishware and cooking utensils. There was a washing room with washing machine, foldable clothesline, and ironing board. The bedrooms were spacious with beautiful lightings and glasses sliding doors/windows to maximize outdoor views. There were two dining tables; indoor and on the terrace by the pool. The living area was cozy with digital TV. The host was friendly and very responsive.

The treehouse was quite special and pretty, and we enjoyed our stay. If you have some adventure spirit and love an out of the box experience this is for you. You are right in the field and your lullaby will be birds singing in the tree, the wind rattling around the house and the leaves, cows in the near by shed, roosters all around, geckos call and some singing from the temple. Saying that we slept amazingly well enjoying the beautiful subrise sky when waling up feeling very close to nature. The beach is rocky and simple, mainly for fishing. The staff super friendly and responsive. We stayed 2 nights and found it a great experience.

Rondy was very polite and he introduced himself on the first day we arrived. He would always greet us whenever we would come by and also the staff would do the same. The place itself was a paradise and couldn't have been more perfect! It was situated along the beach line where you could stroll whenever and also watch the sunset. There was a lovely pool heated by the sun! The pool was in a perfect place. We stayed throughout xmas and new year and the staff of Puri Dajuma did everything to make the day feel special. It was also my Dad's 50th bday and the staff arranged flowers on the bed as well as a cake that was delivered by Rondy and 2 other employees. We would like to say thankyou to Rondy and his team to make us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Madonna war wirklich schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was den Erholungsfaktor perfekt macht. Die Kummunikation mit Bali Island war ausergewöhnlich gut. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our family (four people) spent two weeks in Villa. House is even better than photos reflecting. Everything was clean and good quality—many additional facilities eg. PS5, Boose sound speaker, poker chips and cards. The view from the Villa is amazing, pool big and clean. Sunbads and furniture are very comfortable. However, the service was the most important thing that made our stay incredibly successful. Desi (our home maid) is a good spirit of this place. She is so kind and helpful. Our gardener and security man was kind and useful as well. The house is located in a rural area surrounded by rice fields and small farms. The view is incredibly serenity. One major problem - the beach is dirty with (for two weeks no one cleaned it) and water is not clear/cristal because of many streams and ditches nearby with water flowing from fields (including garbage, unfortunately ). Two dead dogs, a goose and animal bones washed up at sea during our stay. Thanks to our gardener it was quickly buried.

The villa is breathtaking! The pictures do not give it justice! It is absolutely stunning in every aspect! Attention to details is impeccable. Must say we rented both Villas (Villa Buddha and Villa Samora) that are adjacent to each other and the overall compound made it seem even more beautiful and unique. We had 21 people for both villas staying comfortable however pay attention to the Balinese style open ceiling description of the bedrooms if you are looking for complete privacy. Monique is an amazing host and the stuff is unbelievable! They made our event unforgettable! Can’t be more grateful and would not hesitate to come back and recommend to anyone this paradise experience.

Rustic house away from any noise and people. The hosts were fantastic and always wanted to help ensure our stay was enjoyable. Even gave us fresh coconuts on arrival and helped us rent a scooter for a good price. Would recommend to anyone wanting some peace and quiet.

Wir hatten eine wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist einfach fantastisch und bietete alles was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Kadek und Comang, sowie der gesamten Staff waren äußerst hilfsbereit und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sehr gut versorgt. Vielen Dank auch an Putu, der uns bei all unseren Touren zuverlässig und sehr freundlich unterstützte. Wir hoffen wir können bald wiederkommen.

Es war fantastisch. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Redi und Kadek haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und sind so herzliche Menschen. Sie haben uns mit sehr feinem Essen und Frühstück verwöhnt. Die Villa ist noch schöner wie auf den Fotos. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe und Natur einfach wunderschön. Toller Pool, unsere Kinder liebten diesen grossen Pool. Der Gärtner hat den Garten schön gepflegt. Unser Driver Kadek hat uns wunderschöne Orte gezeigt und war ein toller Begleiter. Der Norden hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und nur in diese Villa!

Batu Kayu Surf is an incredible lodge, we had an amazing time there. It’s perfectly located right in front of the entrance to the surf point at Medewi Beach, making it ideal for surfers. Kadek, the manager, was super friendly and communicative, and he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He gave us many recommendations and helped us to arrange massages, taxi driver, surf coach and surf boards rental. The place itself is a hidden gem: great bed, ac room, kitchen, beautiful decoration, peaceful, full of good vibes, and the food is excellent. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Batu Kayu

Unser Aufenthalt im Bambushaus mit Blick auf die Welle in Medewi war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur wunderschön gestaltet, sondern bietet auch eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Surfspots direkt vor der Tür. Alles war perfekt – von der Sauberkeit über die Ausstattung bis hin zur entspannten Atmosphäre. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Kadek und seine Crew für den großartigen Service! Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert, waren immer hilfsbereit und haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wer auf der Suche nach einem entspannten Surf-Getaway mit erstklassigem Rundum-Service ist, sollte hier unbedingt buchen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Such an extraordinary place to have found! Everything we wanted was catered to. There was a great restaurant within walking distance, staff on call whenever needed, cooking was outstanding, activities all booked within house, and the house itself was incredible!

What a fantastic time our family of eight had at Villa Samora. From the first communications with Monique, and then subsequently Kadek, the seamless pick up from the airport by Putu, and the warm welcome when we arrived. Kadek did a marvellous job organizing private Balinese musicians and dancers for a special celebration and snorkelling trips. The groundsman, Made, goes about his tasks with a warm smile so efficiently, as does security at night. We all grew very fond of our lovely ladies, Katren, Putu & Ayu, whose gorgeous smiles, delicious food, and exemplary service made us quite teary to say goodbye to them. They made the experience that much more special. It was the perfect holiday villa, with room for everyone to find space if they needed it and come together when they chose. I highly recommend Villa Samora!
