This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

Do grada ima 6 km,gdje se nalaze prekrasne pješčane i šljunčane plaže (7min. autom) Ublizini je također smješten kanjon rijeke Cetine gdje možete uživati u prekrasnoj prirodi kanjona,izletištu ili vožnji brodom. Za one koji vole malo aktivniji odmor mogu se okušati u raftingu,zipp line,planinarenje,biciklizam, jet-ski vožnje.

Accommodation Sweet dream is located 150 m from the pebble beach, supermarket and restaurant in center of the town Sumpetar (Omiš). It offers sea, garden and pool view. We are located 4km away from Omiš town and 14 from Split. Accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay and it has free wifi, barbecue and parking. To make the hot summer days more bearable there is an Air condition. Pool seasson 1.5. - 1.10. / closed from 1.10. - 1.5.
