Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Fomos em dois casais e o espaço atendeu perfeitamente. Por ser próximo da estação não ter que ficar arrastando malas por Veneza para nós foi a melhor opção. Havia restaurantes, cafés e supermercado por perto. Recomendo a estadia.

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

This place is very nice and quiet .We spent very good time there.The apartment is very big and clean. For the kids, it's perfect because you have a garden . I recommend it to everyone.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Giovanna hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles wichtige erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, schlicht, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und hat uns (zu dritt) auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz geboten. Frotteewäsche fürs Bad war vorhanden, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln - das fand ich super! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und gleichzeitig sind diverse Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Giovanna ermöglichte uns, am Abreisetag das Gepäck noch bis am Nachmittag in der Wohnung stehen zu lassen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall gerne weiter.

Чудесная квартира, чистая, просторная, всё имеется для комфортного проживания гостей. Оборудована современной техникой, посудой, красивый ремонт, все кровати удобные, постельное бельё, полотенца новые и в большом ассортименте. Все приборы в рабочем состоянии. Отличная локация, недалеко от жд, рядом с домом автобусная остановка до Венеции и огромный супермаркет! Нам понравилось абсолютно всё, апартаменты превзошли наши ожидания, а особенно впечатлило отношение хозяйки к своим гостям. Мы много путешествуем, но встреча с Ларой была особенной! Хозяйка всегда была на связи, помогала советами, давала подробные инструкции, встретила нас лично, ознакомила с квартирой, предусмотрела все детали, даже купила нам билеты на автобус для первой поездки в Венецию! Лара сделала для нас всё возможное, чтобы наш отдых был приятным и незабываемым!!!! Спасибо за фантастический приём в прекрасном доме!

Spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, everything clean, self check-in was super easy, great communication with the hosts - they responded quickly to everything we needed, area is quiet but not too central - around 20 minutes by foot to the most popular tourist spots, but with some affordable restaurants and bars nearby. All in all a good choice!

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

We had a fantastic stay and they couldn’t be more accommodating for our 7 month old. The cot bed was in great condition and bedding was an extra nice touch. The apartment is ideally located, not too close to the tourist crowds but really easy to get to all the major sites. The coffee shop is literally 6 feet from the front door so very helpful in the morning.

The apartment was exactly as described and excellent location for an easy walk to/from bus or train station. Communication was also excellent (not as good on my part 😬) and directions forgetting in were perfect. Would Stay again and recommend.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Great location, a few minutes to the Train station and vaporato. Quietly tug in an ally way, surrounded by trees and greenery in both front and back yard. We felt right at home with a spacious and clean bedroom, bathroom, and well equipped kitchen. The check in with Novella’s mother was very welcoming and helpful. Novella’s apartment was special to me. I will sure stay there again when I visit Venice.

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.

Elena war eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Das Apartment war für uns perfekt. Es war sehr sauber, alle notwendigen Geräte waren vorhanden und die Lage war zentral. Fantastisch war die große Terrasse, diese ist mit verschiedenen Terrassenmöbeln großzügig ausgestattet. Grandios ist die Aussicht auf den Strand, das Meer und Teile der Stadt. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.
