Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

There is some transfer of noise but there are three doors between your bedrooms and mine. Dogs live with me.

You will have the rear half of our house. Self contained with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,huge living area, laundry and tiny kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating in an undercover area. Perfect for a quiet breakfast.It is entirely private and you have a lovely garden,outdoor area and under cover parking. Free bikes and free wifi. There is a big tile fire for winter and always plenty of wood.
