UPDATE: Extreme drought in effect, affecting lake levels. Cove is inaccessible by boat below 298 ft mean sea level. Check kerr . uslakes . info for lake level status. Contact us with questions. Welcome to the Peete House, a 1911, 4700 sq. ft. neoclassical home in downtown Warrenton. Two blocks from restaurants, bars, the library, antique stores and more. Architectural and gardening interests flourish here. Come explore the large koi pond, two acre garden, and the additional two antebellum houses that reside on property. This home is unique in that it can host a family with 5 bedrooms; 3 are King Suites. Small parties are possible for an additional fee.

The Hawk's Nest (Pets welcome, no fee)

This house is surrounded by growth. High trees provide shade while grilling out and the wooded lot gives a feeling of being somewhere much more remote. There are exactly seventy stairs to the water. The dock provides a great place to relax and eat and drink. The water off the dock is 7ft deep, so jump right in. It is possible to tie a boat up to the outside of the dock so feel free to bring your own or rent one from the nearby Marina.
