Sweet Lil Blue • Cute and Cozy

Sweet Lil Blue is a modest, cute and cozy partially above ground basement apartment. The house is over 100 years old so expect character creaks and cracks! It offers clean linens, towels and toiletries as well as coffee and tea and basics for your stay. The ceilings are only about 7ft high so that’s a fair warning for tall people! Located on the ‘cusp’ of the East end and Downtown, it’s on a bus route and is walking distance to all major amenities, walking trails and only 9 min from the airport.

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

This stunning home is located in one of the most historic & whimsical areas of St. John's, known as The Battery. Every window has awe-inspiring views that bathe the space in lots of natural light. Each of the 3 beds (1 is a futon in loft) has an ensuite bathroom (with in-floor heating), which is great for larger groups. You won't want to leave this magical place.
