The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located. The description is accurate and the instructions provided for getting to, entering, and checking out of the unit are easy to follow. Linens, beds, and furniture are clean and comfortable.

If you're in the area and need somewhere to stay, this is it! This place is really nice. It's cozy with a nice welcoming vibe to it. I met her and her husband, they were voice nice. Place was tidy, neat and had all the things you will need. They even had lotion lol. I enjoyed my stay and if I'm ever in the area i will be staying again.

Ashley was most welcoming. From the drive up to the porch into every corner of this property, “welcome” was the very word to describe the ethos of this place. We weee in town for a funeral and it was the perfect, safe location as our family gathered to mourn, remember, and celebrate our loved one.

Melinda is a GREAT host! We were displaced by a tornado and she was super helpful and very kind to us. Highly recommend!

The home was great. My only suggestion is to put the TV in a different location in the Master bedroom and use blackout curtains. Otherwise, it was a great spot, very peaceful and quiet and if I am ever in the area again I would make reservations here.

Everything was as promised and advertised the only thing that wasnt was one of the neighbors was screaming there head off but i cant blame marcus for something thats out of his control i would rent this place again great clean place and close to everything in town

The apartment itself was great, only real complaint is the strong cigarette smell inside. The parking area had exposed/open wiring panels and trash everywhere. But the host was wonderful, as well as the apartment itself.

As always, we enjoyed our stay at the loft. Secure parking and conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. It had all that we needed for our stay.

This place was perfect. I had originally planned a trip a couple of weeks ago but it snowed so I had to cancel. Chris was so helpful and helped me get a full refund. I knew at that point that when I did decide to rebook if his place was available it would be where I stayed. It was great. Everyone raved about the bed. It lived up to the hype. I would definitely recommend his place and the next time I come back I will stay there again.
