Feel welcome at this modern and clean apartement on the top 2 floors of my house, only a 15 minute walk from the center of Utrecht. You're 5min from the train to Amsterdam and I’m sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as I! The apartement is located on the 2 topfloors of a midcentury house. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

Leuk appartementje met eigen entree in de jaren 30 wijk Zuilen. Er is een grote slaapkamer, een fijne badkamer met ligbad en aparte douche en een living met eenvoudig keukenblok, 34 m2 in totaal! Voor de jonge reizigers wil ik graag extra benadrukken dat het appartement gelegen is in een rustige woonwijk, dus niet in het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn wel goede busverbindingen waarmee je in 10 á 15 minuten in hartje centrum bent en ook Amsterdam is goed te bereiken.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
