The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Sunnyside Lodge is a fully self-contained property with a private entrance and off-road parking located 1.4 miles from Weymouth town centre. The property has been converted to a holiday let, decorated to a crisp, clean and comfortable finish. The location provides excellent transport links to surrounding local attractions including The Jurassic Coast - a World Heritage Site.

Win Place is a 1 bedroom cottage in the beautiful rural village of Winfrith Newburgh. This converted holiday cottage is cosy and spacious with modern facilities. A great base to explore all of Dorset. WIFI. Towels+Linen provided. Log burner (logs included) Dog friendly, £15 per dog per, payable by adding each dog to the booking. Dedicated off road parking. You can request an early arrival from 12noon (extra fee of £25 will be requested after your booking has been confirmed)

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.
