Luxurious Family Living Home

We needed a place close to our parents' small home in the area, and this home fit this particular need perfectly - being walkable to where we needed to be most of the daytime hours. The location is somewhat far from the main parts of Visakhapatnam city, beach etc., but it did not matter to us specifically. The hosts (who lived on-site, in other apartments) were extremely helpful and accommodating. There were a few things we had to ask for (towels, bedsheets, water heater issues, some kitchen stuff etc.), but the host made these available. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and attached. The kitchen was not yet fully set up - for example, there was no gas range hooked up, not much in terms of cooking utensils etc. This was not a limitation for us, but just mentioning it in case someone needs these. I am sure the hosts will arrange for this once the needs are clearly communicated to them. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us.

Rajesh and staff are very friendly and respectful hosts. Despite not being in the village, Rajesh ensured seamless communication and arranged everything perfectly. Initially we were sceptical about security but after reaching there it just vanished, we felt very comfortable and being a weekend many families joined us. The cost seemed slightly high upon arrival, but by the end of our trip, we felt it was completely worth it. Highly recommended for family stays. Thank you Rajesh and Team :)

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. The check-in process was smooth, and the amenities made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect, close to public transport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

2BHK flat for a beautiful stay

We had a great time staying at bharath's place... the flat is as shown in the pictures.... it is in a newly constructed apartment with lots of space including play area for family to spent quality time... we enjoyed a lot... Host is very much proactive in arranging the requested kitchen utensils... and also helped me dropping to nearest busstop during checkout... My family felt safe and secured during our stay... Definitely makes us feel that we are in our second home.... Highly recommended....

The experience was lovely, just as depicted in the pictures. It is conveniently located close to the station. The caretaker is quite friendlyand funny, he is readily accessible whenever required and very accommodating, taking all your requests into account. Check-in process was smooth enough, all they ask is to send the booking detains and aadhar card photos and sign a check in register. The rooms were adequately ventilated and thoroughly cleaned and maintained. The stay also includes a TV and geysers in each bathroom, overall creating a truly enjoyable place to stay, justifying every single penny spent.

Ultimate location, won't say it's romantic but it's worth each penny you are spending. Very close to most prime locations. Building is new and get good hospitality. Caretaker of the place is good and make you feel very comfortable at arrival and while leaving too. Thanks for all the help. This would be my go to stay when I am in Vizag.

Amazing place to stay over for your trip towards Araku valley and nearby places. This place has got everything- wonderful home, delicious food, farm, lawn, gym, swimming pool, trekking trail and a fantastic, kind and very helpful host in the form of Mr. Tagoor. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and had interesting conversations. Would love to visit his place again!
