Welcome to THE PALMS Studio Kerikeri. Nestled among stunning private gardens surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland.

Koutu Cove: Luxe 1 Bedroom Pod

Relax, pull up a beanbag, and soak in the stunning views with your glass of wine overlooking Hokianga Harbour and its world famous giant sand dunes, or unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets and stars emerge overhead. This modern, fully equipped pod is perfect for a couples' escape. Opononi/Omapere: 7mins Rawene: 20mins Tāne Mahuta: 30mins Kerikeri/Bay of Islands Airport: 1hr 2x guests max. Adults only. Not suitable for children. Strictly no groups, pets, visitors, camping, parties, or events.

Linric Fold - 2 Br cottage

Fully self contained 2 bdrm cottage on a lifestyle farm. (Tariff is for 2 people). We have a small herd of cattle, including 3 Scottish Highlands. The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. BBQ only available over summer (Nov-March).

Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Treehouse in the Forest Canopy | Reclaimed Kauri

Wild Forest Treehouse Like a magic carpet ride in the canopy of the forest. A 120 year old Kauri villa was about to be torn down. We rescued the French doors, sarking, weatherboards, windows, flooring and shower fittings, then used them to build Wild Forest Treehouse. A space nestled into the forest slope, so that with all sets of French doors open, you're not looking down at the canopy. You're living inside it. Everything has had a life before this place. You can feel it.

Mulga Bill's Cottage

Mulga Bill's Cottage is located 5 km south of Kaikohe down Mangakahia Rd. Totora trees abound on the property, and we are surrounded by farmland. Kaikohe is centrally located in the Far North, and is close to Ngawha hot pools, the Bay of Islands, Hokianga Harbour, Kaitaia, the 90 Mile Beach and the Kauri forests. The Cottage is only 1.6 km from the Twin Coast Cycle Trail. We are located mid-way between the coasts, so are an ideal base from which to cycle the trail.

Rustic Bush Retreat

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

Self contained (attached to rest of house) own external access, bedroom, kitchen/ lounge, bathroom w shower & bath. Tea/coffee, seasonal fruit provided. Unlimited WIFI. Within 20 minutes: Kerikeri, markets, chocolate factory, airport, Paihia beaches, Waitangi Treaty grounds, Glow worm stalgmite caves, Kaikohe, thermal hot springs, Okaihau, Puketi kauri forest, oldest NZ houses, 8 mins drive to cycle/walk trail.

Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac and taking up two thirds of a converted mid-century milking shed building the Cottage is cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

Fairytale Treehouse

This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

Ōkaihau Ridge Hideaway

Situated on the Ōkaihau Ridge overlooking the Waihou Valley, our guest room is attached to our new garage and features a private ensuite. It’s the perfect overnight stop for Twin Coast Cycle Trail riders, local explorers, or those heading into the Far North. Includes one King bed and a Queen Escoa fold-out (ideal for 2, fits 4). We are a 10-minute stroll or 2-minute drive to the town center.
