Luxury pet friendly beach house 250m from the amazing 90 mile beach with Starlink super fast internet and EV 15A charger. The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.

Set on the beautiful Gippsland lakes, this newly renovated cottage has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable trip away. The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.

This panoramic view now includes the Metung Hot Springs resort, our new neighbours, positioned some 20 metres from our water view deck. Footbridge Villa is an easy stroll to the beautiful Lakes Entrance main beach as well as the local cafe's and shops. The house plus a self contained unit out the back is perfect for a family holiday or just a weekend away. You won't need to worry about using your car, park it under the carport and take a short walk to all the main attractions of lakes entrance.
