Kuća se nalazi u vrlo mirnom mjestu. Kuća sa gornjeg balkona ima pogled na rijeku i slap. Terasa se dijeli sa apartmanom pored, ali dovoljno je velika za ugodan boravak do 8 osoba za velikim stolom. S obzirom da se radi o dvojnom objektu, moguće je iznajmiti i susjedan apartman (5 osoba).
