Die Villa ist einfach der Wahnsinn! Es war alles so sauber, die Möbel hochwertig und neu. Die Küche hatte alles notwendige an Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit Huma und Mustafa vor Ort war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Auch auf einige Extra-Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Wir waren hier im Januar für etwas mehr als eine Woche als Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und einem 4jährigem Kind. Der Platz im Haus hat für uns alle mehr als ausgereicht. Ein besonderes Plus bei den doch etwas niedrigeren Temperaturen war die Fußbodenheizung und der beheizte Pool! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Ertan bey yurtdisinda tatilde olmasina ragmen gayet ilgiliydi. Girdigimiz zaman temizlik konusunda biraz sikinti yasadik ancak Ertan bey sorunu hemen giderdi. Manzara gayet guzeldi, bulundugumuz bolgede restaurantlar ve barlar yakindi. Guzel bir tatil gecirdik.

We have really enjoyed our stay and actually even extended it one extra night. The house was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect except for the cold water which we couldn’t deal with. I would recommend and come back again though.

Аппартаменты удачно расположены: до центра 25 мин пешком или 5 минут на мопеде, красивая дорога. 10 минут до уютного красивого пляжа. Внутри чисто, есть необходимое постельное белье, полотенца, можно попросить поменять. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, помогает по всем вопросам. Wifi работает неплохо, хватает для просмотра видео и созвонов в zoom. Отношение цена-качество отличное! Буду рада остановится здесь снова!

Harika bir konum, çok kullanışlı çok hoş bir ev, hem tarz olarak hem rahatlık olarak imkanları çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle ev sahipleri muhteşem insanlar. Cüneyt beyin annesi bizi karşıladı çocuklarımızı düşünüp kek ikram etmesi ayrıca çok kibardı. Köpeğimizle gittik onunla ilgilide hiç bir şikayet yada rahatsızlık yaşamadık. Kesinlikle evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Yağmur yağışı olan bir zamandı fakat biz sıcaklık derecesi konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık diyebiliriz. Klimalar çalışıyordu gayet güzel. Balkonu çok keyifliydi, yataklar rahat kesinlikle hayvan dostu ve çocuk dostu anlayışlı ev sahipleri herkese önericem mutlaka. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

Gayet tertemiz ve a dan z ye herşey düşünülmüş bizim gibi kalabalık sevmeyen ve ev hissiyatında konaklamak için çok iyi bir seçenek manzarası çok güzel ayrıca evcil hastan dostu olması 10 üzerinden 10000 puan biz aile olarak çok memnun kaldık

Die Suit ist wunderschön, sauber und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist toll, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. zur Stadt braucht man mit dem Auto ca 5 Minuten. Ein Auto ist auch empfehlenswert. Wir haben als Familie eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit dort verbracht.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. We had an amazing time at the villa. Everything looked exactly if not better than the photos! The villa was super proper and clean, with everything you need (e.g. well-equipped kitchen). We felt right at home! The view from the villa was just breathtaking. The pool is very nice too and felt bigger than in the photos! Kalkan town center is walkable distance (15 min). Kalkan feels cosy, with great ambiance and restaurants! We highly recommend. The beach clubs around the villa are very nice too! We would also like to thank Shaina, who is an incredible host. Shaina is very responsive, she answered all our questions before and during the trip and shared her recommendations for the stay which we highly appreciated! Overall we highly recommend Shaina’s place! We enjoyed our time and hope to come back soon!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

Es war eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer Traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus war bis ins kleinste Detail bedacht eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Ein Riesen Dankeschön an Lena und ihren Mann, die für alle Rückfragen immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

We spent almost two weeks at Can&Canan villa as a family holiday, and we enjoyed this time very much! Mr Özgür, the host, is very helpful and responsive, every request was settled within several minutes! And he prepared the house for our check-in: everything was very clean, the pool was heated, and we even had a welcome basket with snacks. The house is spacious and cosy, full of interesting decor. It has everything you may need for cooking, there are additional blankets and pillows. Pool is well maintained, and has a very nice space around it. View, especially from the third floor, is stunning. Villa is very close to Beach park, which we like very much (about 5 minutes walk). Taxi will take you to the city center (groceries, shopping, restaurants) within 5 minutes, there is a plenty of cars. Very much recommended!

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

This is a nice, comfortable apartment in a block of 8 units, with a beautiful panorama view. The walk down to Kaş town is steep but we did not mind. If you will be making trips out of Kaş the location is great, because it is near to the main road. There is free parking just next to the apartment block. Wi-fi functioned normally. We enjoyed our stay in Kaş also because of this great apartment.

Прекрасные большие, очень чисты и светлые апартаменты! Нам было очень приятно провести свой мини отпуск у Гёкселя, при этом чувствовать себя как дома. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха, на кухне есть все для приготовления завтрака, который можно накрыть на прекрасном большом балконе с видом на море. В квартире была абсолютная чистота. Жена Гёкселя угостила нас теплыми и очень вкусными кексами! Когда будет в Каше в следующий раз, обязательно вернемся снова! Мы были на машине и доя нас расположение было идеальным.

Gülen Hanım çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Ev çok tatlıydı. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ayrıca ev Kalkan’ın en güzel sitesinin içinde. Sitede kullanabileceğiniz 2 havuz ve kendine ait bir denize girme alanı var. Site içi ücretsiz ulaşım aracı da mevcut. Çok rahat ettiğimizi ve keyifli bir hafta geçirdiğimizi söyleyebilirim. Kalkan’a gelirsem yeniden burada kalmak isterim. Her şey için teşekkür ediyorum.

Absolutely lovely little apartment just outside of Kaş. A lovely big balcony with stunning view of the bay and sunsets. a short drive to the town, located close to beaches and restaurants. Everything was as described and we really felt at home while we stayed here.

The accommodation met expectations, the villa is very beautiful, the pool is clean, access to the sea is almost private, the water is clean and beautiful blue. We would have come back again. Thank you, Suat!
