Nice beautiful house located away from the city and in a very peaceful location. The host and his mother was always responsive, friendly and ensured that our stay was memorable. The host arranged the transportation for our local sight seeing. The rooms were neat and clean and exactly matched the description. Nice place to stay.

The place is absolutely peaceful, serene and calm. it's away from everything else, so it's just you and the sea and silence. caretaker Naveen is available to keep the place spotless and clean and also run errands. would love to return

Excellent stay in a peaceful location... House and amenities are as described. Host Roshan family and their friend Homestay Caretaker Sudheer made us feel comfortable with our stay and Sudheer helped us ensuring all basic amenities for stay and any special requests are taken care of. He even suggested nearby attractions and accompanied us showing the route/local inquires and food order etc., House is a convenient and spacious independent villa with ample parking space for few Cars... and a nice garden, power backup. House would be comfortable for 3 small families or such group. Food options - self cooking in Kitchen or nearby order. Overall, a pleasant stay...

How do you describe a place like this in words? If you're looking for a place that looks like paradise? Stop searching and go here. The name cocoland makes total sense. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. Very well maintained place and very good for a family and couple friendly, happy to re-visit again if possible with a plan and spend more time

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

Mrs. Gayathry's house was a superb place to base our travels in and around Kasaragod. Easily accessible, unmatched hospitality (the breakfast of puttu, kadala and pappadom were out of this world), and all the required amenities provided at a very reasonable price. We and our pet cat absolutely loved our stay.

Vinod is a very friendly, and responsible person. He tried his best to do the service for us to stay in the place. Very Nice place to stay. He is Very helpful. Feels like our own home. I recommend anyone can stay happily in Vinod’s place.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Avni in Nileshwar, hosted by the welcoming Naren. He made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived, even suggesting local places to visit and ensuring we had a comfortable experience throughout. The breakfast provided was delicious, and lunch and dinner are also available with a 3-hour advance order (at an additional cost), which was very convenient. The villa looks exactly like the pictures—beautifully decorated, cozy, and very well maintained. It’s located just about 100 meters from a quiet beach, which is easily accessible on foot. You can even hear the soothing sound of waves from the villa, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. I stayed here with my husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and my elderly mother, and we all had a very comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you, Naren, for making our vacation so enjoyable!
