The studio apartments are located on the magical Greek island of Kastellorizo (Megisti) in the area called Mandraki. The island is in the southeastern edge of Greece, and is part of the Dodecanese islands. With a lot of love and respect to the local traditional architecture of the island of Kastellorizo, we managed to finish the studio apartments, with comfortable rooms, designed in the local style and functionality, offering always a comfortable and friendly hospitality for our customers. We paid particular attention to the possibility of enjoying the magnificent sea view of Kastellorizo, with the golden sunsets, the unique sunrises and of course the endless blue of sky and sea... We offer to our customers five traditional studio apartments, fully equipped with comfortable beds for three adults or two adults and two children, balconies on the beach with dreamlike view, with kitchenettes, air conditioning, telephone, TV and wireless internet access. Enjoy comfortable accommodation, unique island hospitality and of course the breathtaking unique scenery of Kastellorizo ! The breakfast is included only from 1st of July till 15th of September.

Şiir Ev Neruda (Panaromic Kekova view Stone House)

Şiir Ev (Poeme House) is one the 3 house on the farm. The house constructed in the top of the hill facing Kekova, sunrise and fullmoon. 40 m2 saloon with full equipment kitchen and 20 m2 entresol with Kekova view. South and west windows are from the bottom up to the top of the house. The Kekova area is silent and natural. The Lycian Way (trekking way) is passing in front of the farm. You can make trekking to swim in the isolated bays of Kekova. Demre is 16km, Üçağız is 8km,Kaş is 45 km far away.

Villa Poseidon is not in Kaşcenter as shown in Airbnb location but on Kaşpeninsula, is a spacious luxury seafront villa and measuring 372sq meters of living space. From the Villa, there are private steps leading down to our own swimming platform into the sea. There is a traditional Turkish oven in the garden also a gas powered BBQ. Villa Poseidon offers spacious well-appointed rooms, fully air-conditioned, all having stunning sea views. The Villa has beautiful patina aged oak floors in rooms.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

NEW FOR 2025 FULLY FENCED & PRIVATE GARDEN….. A beautiful holiday apartment set in the traditional Turkish Village of Patara. It’s a perfect spot for both summer and winter holidays & boasts high speed Internet (40 mbps) for those needing to work. Lavender House is only a 20 minute walk to the stunning 12km long Patara Beach. This walk takes you through Patara’s large archeological site. Lavender House is also located on the historical Lycian Way and has views stretching over the village.

Breakfast is included. Our restored Treehouse offers a calm and secluded stay immersed in nature. Elevated within the garden and surrounded by greenery, it provides a sense of privacy and calm throughout the day. We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the Treehouse to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Luxury, secluded private villa has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the terrace you will find sun loungers and chairs along with dining spaces, all with breath taking view. An entrance floor with large living room, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace, two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC.
